Sanandres Construction has completed 97% of a $50,000 renovation at our house and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the attention and detail Jesus and company have provided. From the onset, Jesus provided valuable consultation regarding pricing, expectations and timing. The quality of the various vendors they engaged including the painter, tile installer, electrician, plumber and general handymen have been a top tier group insofar as being responsible to schedules and workmanship. Throughout a 3 month renovation period, Jesus was always attentive and available at the house or on the phone to direct his staff or answer any questions or concerns my wife or I may have had. I worked with Jesus Holguin during an extensive remodel of my kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and several other projects. Jesus was attentive, polite, respectful of my time and stayed on top of all scheduling and production. Nothing threw him. He checked the work himself at least daily. I have been in my home for 35 years, and I have never seen such consistently good, qualified subs on a project. Jesus has a great attention to detail in all areas. It was a pleasure to work not only with Jesus and Andres, but also with all the people they brought for every project. The house was always left clean, and the schedule flowed well. We were extremely pleased.
