I had a lovely experience working with Sandi and her team. I was initially overwhelmed while remodeling our primary bath, and Sandi was instrumental in helping me design a functional, yet elegant space. Her process was straightforward and professional, and we are delighted with the results.

Sandi was fantastic to work with on the redesign of our kitchen - which flowed into our family room and flooring too. She helped us to reimagine our spaces by asking how we used them and how we wanted to utilize them, i.e., for entertaining family/friends and general flow of activities. Sandi not only asked the questions, but she listened and provided excellent options and ideas. Sandi's design expertise is evident in her ability to visualize a space, options and what barriers might exist. She presents things clearly and in a manner that is easy to understand. Her connections within the industry give the customer opportunities to see/touch options before making selections. Sandi's connections and experience with contractors was invaluable as we were able to meet with them and make a selection of who we felt most comfortable with, knowing that she had successfully worked with them on other projects. As we moved through the entire project - from initial design, selections of lighting, window coverings, hardware, construction, etc., Sandi was always prompt on replies, deliverables and follow through - and communicated clearly and concisely. We did a bathroom design the year prior WITHOUT Sandi (& DM Renovation Inc.) and it was a nightmare!! Our kitchen project went incredibly smooth and we couldn't be more delighted with the results!

After spending far too much time at home over the past two years, I decided a refresh was overdue. I spun my wheels for six months before deciding that I needed help on finding the right paint colors, light fixtures, window treatments and dining furniture replacement. I am so pleased that I found Sandi. I contacted Sandi because I needed help planning 3 bathrooms, flooring for most of the house, and a new fireplace feature wall. The project was so disruptive for my young family that we decided to go away for a month, so we asked Sandi to do our project management for us. She was always on top of everything, sending me photos of the progress, and putting out fires. We also asked for her help choosing paint colors, and I loved her ideas. She made it easy to make hard decisions, and she gave me every confidence that it would all look great in the end. Sandi is friendly, communicative, and super talented. Big shout out to Sandi! We highly recommend working with Sandi Kaneko Interiors for any interior design projects. We worked with her for a renovation for pretty much entire house we recently purchased in Claremont. I know some people let designers to decide everything with a basic direction, but we had some very specific design features we like to have in place. We just didn’t know how to put them together. So we knew this wasn't going to be an easy project. Wow, Sandi nailed it. It was a great collaboration between Sandi and us. We really like her process to share what we want/like with her, so we already had a huge confidence that she really understands us before we actually started the project. We tend to focus small features and she always looked at bigger picture to make sure the design flows well, so we had great team work. Her knowledge and skills are extremely high. She is very responsible, knows many local places to find items and people especially the contractor she works with is highly recommended. It was fun to work with her. Thank you Sandi!

Sandi was awesome. She worked with me closely to make my vision a reality and was able to do so within my budget. My husband and I work odd hours and she was so flexible to fit things around our schedule. She turned the house we bought into the home I envisioned.
