We just finished a kitchen remodel and highly recommend Caroline. (Construction Straight up) She was amazing. She was organized, timely and the work was done to perfection. She was in tune with any of our concerns and addressed them professionally. She was here on sight almost daily from start to finish. Her subs were all top notch. You can by-pass a designer and go straight to her. Very professional. The end product was more than we could have expected. We are LOVING our new kitchen!

Caroline is the absolute best! After being stood up by several other contractors, she arrived the next day! We thoroughly discussed the scope of the project--whole house remodel with flooring, paint, and full kitchen--she prepared a quote super fast with several different options. Caroline is extremely organized and knowledgeable about all aspects of construction--flooring, electrical, plumbing, hvac, and more. It was great to have a one stop shop and a FEMALE that would discuss options and details. She is very detail oriented, but most of all I appreciated her open communication through the 4 month long process on every detail. And she also offers great design advice and thinks of all the things overwhelmed homeowners in the middle of a remodel might forget! She will walk with you every step of the way. I could not have done this project with anyone else. We are eternally grateful for her expertise and guidance. I would highly recommend Construction Straight Up!

I contracted with Construction Straight Up for an interior painting project. The painters did an excellent job with the actual painting, and they also did an excellent job protecting everything in the rooms. They were prompt and courteous and welcomed any questions that I had. Caroline checked in throughout to make sure that everything was progressing as planned. Caroline is one of the most well organized and responsible individuals I have ever met, and I would not hesitate to engage Construction Straight Up for any future construction or home improvement project.

We have an almost 100 year old house that had been a rental for 30 years and was now empty. While we were not quite sure what we wanted to do with the property, we did decide that it needed a lot of TLC as it had not been worked on in a long time. Caroline was extremely helpful in supplying us with the right contractors to redo floors, plumbing, tile work and windows. At the time, workers were still very hard to find and get to commit due to all the pandemic construction that was still being done. But all Caroline's contractors were professional, prompt and did great work. We were very pleased with how the house turned out and will definitely use Construction Straight Up for our next renovation!

I have been very pleased with the progress of our kitchen and master bathroom renovations. CSU has been very responsive to any questions and concerns we have expressed. I have been kept informed of all upcoming work and scheduled to my convenience. Pricing was given prior to any work with approval given. Contract workers have been very efficient and professional. CSU has been in regular contact with me and suppliers to ensure that materials are ordered and priced correctly. They use proven contractors who have provided services in past projects and are in good standing with CSU. I highly recommend them for home projects.
