I have appreciated the professional opportunities Daniel and Kate Sedillo have provided to me over the years. Sedillo Company contracts my design consulting services when they have a client or project needing assistance with design planning and/or the materials selection process. The team at Sedillo works and communicates well together; the clients' homes are carefully attended to and are mindful of as much cleanliness as possible on a project site. It is so satisfying to see my design efforts take shape, and see clients enjoying their completed projects.

Mr. Sedillo and his crew are some of the best I have worked with. They are upfront, honest and they are fantastic about the details that really make their remodels stand out from the competition. I would recommend Sedillo Company for anyone that wants their home to look better than their neighbor's home.

I am near the end of my second remodel with the Sedillo Company. One remodel involved a second floor roofing and deck project, stucco work, exterior paint, and garage door. This project ran on time and within budget. The second project is remodeling of the kitchen and entire first floor. This is also running on time and within budget. They provide comprehensive detailed estimates, strict rules about daily clean-up and care for your property, and do absolutely beautiful work. They are a small company that relies on positive outcomes for future jobs. They fuss over the details to make things beautiful (perfectionists). They provide design, engineering, and finish work. They had to make all sorts of subtle modifications to fit my older house's slightly curved walls and uneven floors and you cannot even tell these modifications were made. It all comes together cleanly. Their design and decorating helper was Diana Mahoney who was (and is) so helpful in making decisions about what will function well and look great. I have only good things to say about this company.
