Sedona Stone and Tile

This June I had a kitchen counter install by Sedona stone, and it is really a terrible final product. And the Owner Anthony Munafo will not take my calls , or fix the problems with the install. The office Manager Angie originally offered to correct one section of counter that was improperly installed, then retracted that offer. When I called to detail the problems with the bad installation, she had asked for pictures. Later the same day before I sent the pictures she made a decision that they would only fix the one section, and there was nothing to be done about the other areas of bad installation. I have emailed , and talked to Angie several times to try and resolve, repair, or replace these counters. I have always been professional, specific, detailed, and cooperative. I have asked to speak to Anthony the owner several times, and have not received a call back. The only option they have offered is to pay for new granite install. If the owner of the company will not stand by his work, call a customer, or resolve an issue without taking him to court. NO ONE should do business with them . This by far the worst installation I have seen, and since there is a very small amount of money owed for the job, Anthony Munafo has just decided to screw the customer instead of fixing the bad work. This is a take the money and run situation. Please do your research, this is not the place to contract for a quality granite install. Very sad for a company with so many years in business . I would guess they are soon to be out of business, or filing for bankruptcy. Very sad.

Bathroom Counter and Sink: Office Staff: 5 star The office staff is very nice and easy to work with. There was confusion on the remint we chose a few days prior to install when they found scratches, but no big deal, stone is natural and it is a remint. All worked out on the stone and the staff was great. We could tell, they really wanted to make it work out. Quality: 4 star Overall the counter and sink look great! The back splash has some unpolished areas that you can see on the edge that is against the wall. Maybe this is normal, but we have not seen this on other back splashes. Install: 0 star Well, they really made a mess on the floors, sticky everywhere they walked. We are still cleaning this after several washing the floors. The problem is the sealer they put on after the counter was installed, it got on their boots and then everywhere they walked. Entryway, stairs, upstairs hall, bathroom they put the counter in and the main floor to the bathroom they used. Owner: Questionable We had a long discussion when he came to measure the bathroom about our kitchen counter. He had some very questionable recommendation's on electrical in violation of the law. Don't put the outlets in the counter surface, put them on the cabinet edge, you are not having it inspected and it was legal when the house was built, so who will know. On the area without support that the owner pointed out, an interior decorator (relative) sent us some photos of how to make the design work easily and be updated to what new homes have and meet the current electrical code. Note: I apologized for the truck having a hard time getting down the driveway, there was snow packed due to the extreme cold even with the snow plow person doing his best. So I put out 50 lbs. of Ice melt and 50 lbs. of sand and they drove out easily.

Sedona Stone and Tile made my granite installation so easy. The team was kind, helpful, and the finished kitchen looks beautiful. I smile every time I walk in!

We are incredibly happy with our new countertop from Sedona Stone and the professional install from Charlie and Andrea! Working with Sedona was easy, as they are very organized and explain, in both verbal and written communication, the entire process and timeline. Charlie and Andrea are extremely competent and knowledgeable about every aspect of the countertop installation. They definitely make sure everything is perfect before they leave. In addition, they were extremely pleasant to work with. We couldn't be happier with how everything worked out and looks.

The team at Sedona were great from start to finish. Brenna was wonderful helping us with our selection from the stone to the sinks and edging. A very special thank you to our installers, Nick and Charlie. They were very professional and handled a major problem with our installation without any difficulty. When they arrived with the countertops for the kitchen we found there had been an error in the original cut. They recut and finished the edges. It was totally amazing and we are totally happy!!! We absolutely love this company. They did exactly what they promised and we love our new kitchen countertops. We recommended them to friends and they are thrilled with their product and work also! We will definitely use them again.

No complaints. Nothing but praise. They were very nice and professional while shopping on site. The measurement and installation went very smoothly. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Most of all, I love the results! They did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Make sure you read all the reviews Before you use this company! They measured our sink and the Sink is off they did not even use the template . I took the photos to another granite shop and he confirmed the measurements were wrong ! my Husband talked to the Owner and he refused to come out and look at the job very irate and yelling! We bought 2 slabs and wanted to use the rest and they said that you had to have a wish list so they kept the rest of our slabs Very unprofessional company better off spending the extra money and get a quality job. They don’t give you a receipt until the end of the job with extra charges!

The complete project of new countertops went without issues from beginning to end. Gary and his team showed up on time and.installed our new countertops rapidly. The new granite top fit perfect and looks great. When completed everything was cleaned up an we were happy with the results Thanks again, Kevin and Audrey Canfield

Love, love, love my kitchen!! My first impression with our sales Lady was great, our second encounter with a girl at the counter was Not so great, almost to the point that I thought I had chosen the wrong Granite company. However, once they got to my home with the Granite, it didn't fit, but you guys came back out the very next morning and made it right. Gary?( manager?), installed himself and our final product and installation was outstanding! I will recommend you guys anytime. What can we say....once we picked out our stone the team at Sedona were on top of all our questions, decision changes, and did a professional job at our installation! They are the go to for any and all of your countertop needs. After our installation my husband and I changed our mind on the sink choice, I called Sedona and Gary called me back and swapped them out for us the SAME DAY!! YES, THE SAME DAY!!!! We couldn't be happier with our countertops, sinks and the team at Sedona Stone. Thank you!!!
