Great company, great product. They definitely stand by their promise. I mixed up a couple of numbers when I was ordering, and the blinds came the wrong size for my windows. True to their guarantee, I donated those blinds to a local charity and Select Blinds shipped me a new set in the correct measurements at no cost to me. The blinds are really great quality and installation is easy - all hardware needed and easy to follow instructions made install a breeze. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Select Blinds. We had some much more expensive blinds installed by a local company (before I knew about Select Blinds). The blackout blinds from Select Blinds are equal in quality and performance, but at a fraction of the price. I wish I had known about them before I purchased from the other company - would have saved a couple of thousand dollars.

All manufacturing was perfect and the living room shutters were installed with relative ease in a few hours. Great updated look while adding value to our home! Exact fit. So make sure your measurements are correct ! Don't blame the company if you measure wrong, All the parts are delivered in several well padded boxes and marked as to installation sequence. We would /will use Select Blinds Canada for any future window covering needs.

I bought sun roller shades, but they didn't are how we can see on the website advertisement. They aren't how I expected. I am so frustrated. I never buy this online again.

My dealings with SelectBlinds has been extremely frustrating and I will never order from them again, and strongly caution anyone from ordering from them. I ordered 2 custom roman blinds. When they arrived, they came with the wrong hardware and had holes drilled at an angle which wouldn't allow the hardware (even if it were correct) to attach properly. The blinds and hardware did not at all match the instructions sent with the blinds nor on the website. I even had a professional try to install them and he confirmed there was no way to install them as made and with the parts provided. I tried calling several times. No one answers the phone. There is a callback option and I had one returned phone call but the person answering wasn't able to help me and suggested emailing all the information. I sent a very detailed email with photos explaining the problem, send a reminder email that I hadn't heard, and got a brief response 1 week later that the blinds were fine as they were. I then wrote a reply detailing why this was preposterous with more photos, and then never heard back. Finally I had to call Visa and file a dispute through them. I'm so angry because I spent a lot of money and the customer service has been atrocious. I would also like to add that they falsely advertise. I have looked almost daily at their website, and the supposed 50-55% off sales that are supposedly just for a particular weekend or event are actually the standard prices because they never really change. So there's no sale at all. It's basically the same price all the time. Very disappointed.

The blinds are excellent, well made. They arrived quite quickly considering Covid, and that they were shipped from California to Ontario. The fit was perfect, and they were quite easy to install. The colour is excellent considering I was matching an existing blind. I assumed it would be hard to get a matched colour due to the samples on the screen ( I did not order a physical sample). Price was great when compared to local, especially when adding more blinds to get a bigger discount. I will order from them again.

Good quality for price point- similar to big box stores and the ones you can cut on site. ( We got the light filtering fabric blinds in white for our large 64 x 64 inch windows.) Mechanism works well. Wish the cord was not plastic for long term wear and tear- metal would be nice. We would order again and do recommend to others.

I received my blackout blind exactly as I specified and in a fair amount of time, considering it was a custom order. It fits inside my window frame perfectly. I did receive a damaged product, due to the courier handling, but after contacting customer service they replaced the item and I had it in my hands in approximately 1 1/2 weeks. We have been so pleased with our new blinds for our guest cottage. For the living room we got the up from bottom/down from top and they are the best window treatment we've ever used. When you want light but privacy you can lower the tops, when you want open ness but shade from the sun, you raise the bottom, or push all the way up and have a picture window view. Excellent blinds. I bought the accordion style and black out style. Both work fantastic. The black out blinds started with not going up however customer service was super friendly and walked us through the process on how to fix them and how to maintain them. I spent over $2300 for zebra shades from Select Blinds Canada. The blinds arrived with several defects: including dents, ripples, and holes. They were also not the right fit, even though I paid an additional $250 extra for a so called "professional" measurement and installation package. Adding to this, Select Blinds did not send the correct mounting equipment, which means that their technician could not install several of the blinds. I have requested these items several times, but they have still arrived after more than two months. I have included photos of my Select Blinds zebra shades below. If you receive defective blinds from them like this, I recommend you initiate a charge-back through your credit card company, rather than dealing with their customer support, as it took months for me to get anywhere with them. Select Blinds prides themselves on a Satisfaction Guarantee. However, I am beyond unsatisfied with my overall experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone!

I bought vinyl roller blackout blinds for my kids room. I noticed the blinds were ripped in some parts and frayed along the edges. The plastic piece used to roll the blinds up and down was already snapped off. I contacted customer service (with photos) and they said they can’t refund etc, but in the end they did refund me the amount I paid. Great, I’m not complaining about that. However, I am now stuck with a huge blind and the packaging. These items Can’t be added to the household garbage/recycle. I explained this multiple times to the service rep Linda. She would just respond with the same information, ignoring what I was saying/asking. She kept saying to break the blinds into pieces and throw in the garbage, which I repeatedly told her is not allowed. I wouid need to take them to the dump and also pay a fee. My point to her being I paid for a product and it was literally garbage product, now they expect me to spend my time to take it to the dump and pay for disposal. Also, I have to reinstall my original blinds. I’m simply asking for them to send me a return shipping label so they themselves can deal with their defective product. Her response is the factory can’t handle returns. Why is it on me to deal with it when I also can’t process the blinds here at my home garbage/recycling. She said she discussed with her manager and when I asked to directly communicate with the manager

I read a lot of the reviews before purchasing from Select Blinds Canada and I thought this was a reputable company. However, I have had terrible customer experience. When I received my order, I was quite surprised to receive it so soon (June 16, 2020) as the colour I choose was out of stock until June 30th and they indicated the earliest I would receive was mid July. To our surprise when I opened the box the colour of our blinds was wrong as well the cords on the blinds are very flimsy and cheap plastic (should be metal). I contacted customer service with our problem and got no where. I requested on two separate occasions a call back so that I could speak to someone but no one called me back. I then emailed the company asking to please have the manager call me. I received a call back a week later from the Director of Customer Service Satisfaction, Ann Valiquet who left a message. I called her back on two separate occasions and left messages for her and unfortunately I am still waiting for her call back. Their website reads 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, but so far that’s not the case. Very disappointed and stuck with blinds that were not what I ordered. We are appalled by the quality of the blind we ordered. There is a full-length, very visible seam running through the blind right at eye level which has holes in it!! I have never ever seen blinds that poorly done. I could have done a better job patching 2 pieces of fabric myself. And if that's what I wanted to do, I sure wouldn't have gone the "custom" way paid over CAD 200. Customer Service response? "And just to mention that it is clearly written on the website that there is a seam on all blinds of 72" and above." No responsibility at all for how badly the product turned out, no talk of offering anything. Absolutely disgraceful.

Communication between this company and their manufacturers is poor. We have waited months to receive our blinds, partly due to the fact that the ones that finally did arrive were the wrong size. Half of the order simply never came. One blind could not be made as I had ordered it. Even after all of this, I planned to re-order the blinds that never came, but when I found that the company will not provide refunds even when the product cannot be delivered as advertised, I've changed my mind. The blinds we do have look nice and work well. The contact at their office was prompt and only slow to respond when she needed to connect with her manager or the manufacturers.

I have ordered blinds twice now from Select Blinds Canada. The first set were 5 Roman blinds for the bedroom. They are exactly what I envisioned and fit perfectly and the installation went smoothly. Additionally, ordered 7 bamboo blinds for living room. Again, absolutely satisfied and they look super. This company has great on-line, immediate support. You can pre-order samples of the fabric/colours. I have been phoned 2x's by them and talked to a consultant. Well packaged and quickly shipped. I absolutely encourage anyone looking for window coverings to consider ordering from Select Blinds. I have a newly built home and I will be ordering more window coverings from this company. Very happy with the product. We had an issue with one of the clamps and contacted Select Blinds - they sent out a replacement + which were received in days. Better service and price on line than a more expensive option at an in town store.

I ordered 2” faux wood blinds for a big window in the entrance. I was not sure first if it’s right to order online only because I didn’t know anything about this brand. I put my order in cart online any was not sure to order and wait so many days. I checked some stores and get quote for this size L88”*W46”.They said it will have to be customised and it will cost about $400. That was too costly for me for just one window. So I decided to order it from select blinds CA and got it for just $160. When my order came and I installed it, it fits in window perfectly . I am % satisfied of my purchase from select blinds , quality wise, price wise and fitting. Thanks select blinds.

My wife and I purchased two sets of vertical blinds on line direct from Select Blinds Canada. The blinds were delivered on time and right to our door (We live in a rural community). Unfortunately, we experienced a bit of a problem with one of the sets of blind operators. I advised Select Blinds Canada and they promptly sent us a replacement blind operator at no additional cost. My wife and I are both very pleased and satisfied with the price, service and the quality of the blinds we received from Select Blinds Canada.

Service was great. Quality was great for all seven blinds. There was an issue with one blind upon delivery. Customer service was so helpful and sent a replacement immediately. Highly recommend them.

I found the value, quality, variety, and delivery on selectblinds.ca comparable to similar sites. The minor issues I found with the blinds I ordered were certainly brand-specific, so no reflection on the site :) The site was easy to use and the measurement instructions were clear. The blinds were delivered quickly and fit well. I like having the option to receive samples, although I didn’t use it this time.

Absolutely brutal customer service. Communication was sparse, reactive and non-informative when requesting updates to a delayed order. Questions asked were not answered in a forthright manner and we were unable to provide the client with satisfactory explanations for the cause of the delay. The poor experience definitely offset any savings.

Everything is great except for 1 small thing. The small plastic brackets the secure the bottom of the blinds is a little too flimsy. Besides that we are completely satisfied.

Top down/bottom up 3/8” honeycomb shades were exactly as promised and super easy to install on our own. Delivered on schedule.

Blinds came before the expected delivery date. They went up quickly and easily. The blinds are beautiful and work perfectly. I love them.

Customer service was excellent. The blinds were received on time. I ordered the premium light filtering roller blind in platinum and they look phenomenal - not to mention filter light beautifully. The web site was easy to place an order on; the cost was competitive with pre made ones, about $55; the company sent the finished blind by courier within a week or so. The measuring instructions were very clear and the blinds we ordered fit perfectly. We love the look of them and how easy they were to install. We did use our own screws as the screw head that was included stuck out and would have made it difficult to put the blind into the bracket. I only gave 3 stars because not every color is available in every type of blind but you don't find this out until you are well into the ordering process and then have to start over.

Ordered multiple times from Select Blinds Canada and every time the measurements were exact and fitting the windows. One time one of my blind had been scratched in transport and they sent me a new one without any charge.

Ordered a premium vinyl blackout roller blind. Blind took about a month to be delivered, but came as described and does a great job blocking light. Looks to be of decent quality.
