We hired David to manage a large remodeling project for us while we lived in California. David managed the project, kept within the budget and delivered a product way beyond our expectation. David’s strongest attributes are his reliability and problem-solving ability. No matter the issue or problem that arose, we were always confident that David would find the solution or fix the issue. Moreover, David was always accessible-whether he was on vacation, at home with his family or on another project. If we could not reach him immediately, all calls or texts were returned without delay. David has an excellent sense for costs and budget. He did an exceptional job of estimating, and adhering to, the original pricing of the project. By properly estimating costs, he was able to keep our project within the budget we had allocated at the onset.

David built our house in Devon, PA. The process from planning to building to moving into our beautiful home was remarkable in every aspect. David excels at project management and design. The nicest home I ever owned was built by David Semerjian. He had already started the house in Devon, PA when my wife and I saw it. Not only was it a beautiful house with great space, but it was also a good value. We decided to buy it almost on the spot. David also finished the basement for us after we moved in and it was a great space for my family. Dave Semerjian did a complete revovation of our home. The project was completed in approx. 6 months--on time. He was professional and easy to work with. Any unexpected issues that happen with remodeling were explained and solved. We were always kept informed. The attention to detail and architectural suggestions were excellent and the craftsmanship outstanding!

David brought a team of experts to completely renovate our kitchen. He provided an accurate and reasonable quote and let us know immediately about options and cost. Although we had been warned by friends who had used other builders for this process that it would take months, David oversaw every aspect of the job and completed it within 4 weeks or less. He maintained close and regular contact with my wife and me to update us on progress and issues to be resolved. I couldn't recommend David more to anyone considering a renovation or a complete home. Bravo!
