Your Interiors Friend

Serena did the scheme for our kitchen alterations. Whilst we knew roughly what the layout would be. Which walls come down, etc. Where we thought kitchen units etc would be has changed quite a bit, and I have to say I’m glad it has! Serena liked at our kitchen from a more arty perspective, to my nuts and bolts building view. The end result, is an airy welcoming space, which we love! Serena from Your Interiors Friend was a joy to work with. She helped turn my ideas and thoughts into a cohesive plan. Serena was originally engaged for what was a 'quick update' that turned into a complete remodel and change of the space as we knocked two houses into one. Serena helped plan colours, furniture ideas and helpfully challenged us to think about how we would use the expanded space we had acquired. Serena was flexible, open to the ideas I wished to incorporate, and also brought her own brilliant thoughts on how the project could work. She was aware of our budget, always brought ideas that were at different ends of the budget spectrum - a fly sofa in bespoke upholstery working with Zara chairs in one room for instance. I would recommend Serena highly, both if you already have a firm idea of what you want though need suppliers and contacts or if you don't know where to start. She has the tool and ideas to support you bringing your house to life.

Serena is amazing. I had no idea what I wanted for our family bathroom save that I wanted something sophisticated, relaxing and practical. Serena turned these thoughts into the most beautiful bathroom I’ve ever seen, perfect for me, perfect for my house and perfect for my family. Where budget was a concern she quickly came up with alternatives at different price points without compromising the scheme. She shared all sorts of interior design tips & tricks, giving me confidence with my own choices in the future. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.
