I reached out to Serenoa and got a very quick response from Kayla in the office who scheduled Andy (the designer) to come out within a week. We discussed the vision and he had a perfect design for us within two weeks. I emphasized that we wanted to get the work done fairly quickly, and he assured me that would not be a problem. Andy has a network of subcontractors that he coordinates with. Each and every one of them is helpful, courteous, and prompt. Andy ensured that the installers, the sprinkler system people, the fence people, and the lighting people all did what they needed to do to bring the design into reality. He is very "can do" and unflappable which made him a pleasure to work with. I found him to also be very honest and fair, and have full confidence that he will stand behind his work. I highly recommend!

I couldn’t wait to finally have the half dead landscaping for our beach house redesigned, and after some research, bidding and careful consideration decided to go with Serenoa Landscape Design. The inspirational project videos on their site show the range of their work and how they collaborate with their clients to create some beautiful, thoughtful and natural exterior spaces. I loved the minimal, organic, free-form layout Andy designed for us using native plants to north Florida that would thrive in the salt air, cochina shells, and flagstone. The design and choice of plants complemented our mid-century house; huge white Birds of Paradise, Serenoa palms, Seagrapes, rosemary bushes. He was very knowledgeable about plants, explained why he chose them and what his vision was. We were redoing our fencing at the same time so we were able to move the fence to create a more inviting path to the front door according to his design. Our project manager, Paul, was amazing. He was professional, respectful and hands-on and always available to answer questions about the irrigation and what to expect during the installation. They were able to start our project earlier than expected although it did take a few days longer than we thought. We were not in a rush, just wanted it to be done right. Their sub-crew, Frank, and his staff worked early and hard. Thanks to Andy, Paul, Frank and the entire crew. I highly recommend Serenoa if you’re in the market for a landscape redesign.

Somehow we lucked out and found Andy Taylor and Serenoa Landscape Design with a simple web search. Andy presented us with a plan to transform the landscape at our medical practice from old (25 years since installation) and rundown to fresh and very Florida. We loved the plan but the reality is even better! Andy's crew were a pleasure to work with, they arrived when they said they would (including weekends so our patients would not be inconvenienced) , they worked tirelessly, were flexible and attentive to our suggestions and were always happy to answer our many questions and listen to our concerns. Andy Turner is a talented designer and we're very pleased with the results we got from both the design and the installation. He and his crew were very flexible with minor additions/deletions/substitutions from the original plan and very competitive from a pricing standpoint. Good follow through. I have some additional work planned for the fall and Serenoa Landscape Design will be my go-to.

I found Andy and Serenoa Landscape Design by doing Internet research. I bless the day that I did. Andy’s design enhanced our property by leaps and bounds. We were stunned at the results and so were our neighbors. The team that installed the many native, Florida , plants were courteous, cheerful, and respectful of our time and surroundings. The entire process was well worth the cost. I would not hesitate in to use them again. And Andy guaranteed his work.

Don't know how he did it, but my request was to "see Florida from every room of our house!" I have a small house and yard in a residential area. It surpassed my every expectation. We sit out and drink coffee every morning and thoroughly enjoy our little magical garden. I sit in my home office and smile when I look out at my beautiful front garden. I didn't realize how much I would truly enjoy it. It was worth every penny and Andy truly listened to everything we asked! I highly recommend Andy and his crew. They came back, made adjustments and made sure everything was right. I have a few new ideas that I will be contacting Andy about as well for this spring. Can't say enough.
