If we could give Sharon Fox 10 stars or more, we would! We wanted to update the colors, look, and feel of our 12-year old home, and bring it more in line with today's home style. After our initial interview with Sharon, there was no question that she understood what we wanted. From that point forward, she was a mind reader and stayed five steps ahead of us through the entire visioning, planning, and implementation process. She helped us find a perfect whole-house wall color that would work well with everything we had, especially irreplaceable floor tile, and then landed on the most exceptional carpeting that pulled everything together. Her ideas for a kItchen update brought us gorgeous quartzite countertops and a marble and glass backsplash, and an amazing granite sink. But, the topper on the project was the conversion of a blah fireplace wall to a stunning stacked stone masterpiece, complete with a custom-made floating mantel and quartzite hearth to match the kitchen. From paint, to carpet, to wallcoverings, to hardwood flooring, to stone, to decor ideas, Sharon absolutely nailed it. Aside from possessing extraordinary design talents, Sharon is an absolute joy to work with. Sharon has an amazing talent! We recently completed a remodel of our downstairs and backyard area. We knew the layout and style that we were looking for but needed a lot of help with the finishing touches and making sure everything had a smooth transition from one room to another. After interviewing multiple designers, we hired Sharon to remodel our new home in California before we moved from the East Coast. At the time, we still lived in New York City, and most of the coordination and work on our home was done long distance. We were initially worried about having so much work done to our home sight unseen, but Sharon put our minds at ease and made the process seamless. She was in constant communication with us, and we shared ideas on pinterest and houzz to make sure we were on the same page regarding style. Sharon is also incredibly organized. She thought of every little detail and came up with ideas I never would have thought of. When we arrived in California, the house was close to being done and looked absolutely incredible! I am a General Contractor specializing in commercial construction, so when it came to home remodeling, my regular architects were not prepared for a major kitchen and living room remodel. I interviewed 6 architects. I am really good at space planning and reading plans, but I see construction in Black and White, so I needed help and we chose Sharon who did not disappoint.
