Triad Restoration Inc

My home had been vandalized and Triad was contracted through my insurance agency to make the $32,000.00 in repairs. We live out of state, so we had to trust they would do the work properly. The work they did was fantastic, so I’m told by my shady property manager. However, while the Triad crew was working on my home, a neighborhood child threw a ball and broke the highest window in my in the house. The Triad crew let him go and did not tell me about the window. I didn’t find out about it until my HOA demanded it be fixed and my property manager asked Triad if they knew how it had been broken. I still can’t wrap my head around grown adults who are supposed to be professionals, watching my window being broken and not notifying me at the least but not even getting the name of the boy or his address. It makes me even wonder if there was a boy and if the crew members broke it themselves. For this lack of professionalism, they wouldn’t even get 1 Star if it was an option.

Believe it or not, I was getting the cat out of the tree ( cat had been there 4 days) and a limb was being pulled toward the roof while using a water hose trying to chase the cat onto the roof, pop 30 feet up cat, limb come crashing down with a limb going through the roofing . Called Triad and they were out the next day to fix the roof. Triad had put an roof on in one days time several months earlier and did a good job, I would use them again due to fact they are friendly, professional, and do a good job.

Triad Rest. completed a roof and flooring for my home. They were very professional and stayed true to their word. Very honest and down to earth. Ken, Josh, and Angie are very easy to work with and explain everything in complete detail. I worked with them first for the roof and then contacted them again to fix my floor due to a pipe bursting and ruining the floor. Just ask them and they will give you the information you need or if you do not understand something then just ask, they really are great people. They get the job done in a timely manner depending on unforseen delays out of their control.
