Charlene guided me through updates on three bathrooms, the most recent was this past December 2017. She was invaluable in assisting me as I chose materials for countertops and cabinets. She also gave me great ideas and patiently led me in the right direction to get the results I had hoped for. I truly appreciated Charlene's attentiveness to detail and her knowledge, and her help in coordinating each step of the process.

My kitchen traveled through time, going from 1958 to 2018 in 6 months. We are delighted to have a modern kitchen that is not only beautiful but functional. Jann did a wonderful job under difficult circumstances and we are very grateful

Working with Showplace Kitchens was literally a dream come true. My husband and I were greeted warmly right from the start. We worked with Lisa and she designed us beautiful cabinets and china hutch based off our description of space and use. Her experience and artistic design are impressive. My husband and I have used custom creators before, but this was the best experience. Truly a seamless process from the day we started asking questions to completed installation. Lisa even came to our house to tape off an area of the wall to give us a sense of space, and she was there to meet the truck when they delivered the materials. She also took the care to ensure our new cabinets would be a perfect match to our existing ones, like we wanted. The people they use for installation are also top-notch and professional and took incredible care to protect our floors and installed our cabinets as if they were their own. We are so impressed with how everything turned out and are enjoying our new custom cabinets. Thank you Showplace Kitchens for all of your help!

We have worked with Jim Millen at Showplace Kitchens for all of the cabinetry on our spec and custom homes. Jim and the staff at Showplace are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond. If I could give a ten star rating I would. We are so HAPPY with our new kitchen and it all started with Nancy Matt at showplace. Everything we wanted was obtained. We even made a last minute change to a cabinet set of doors and shelving and there was absolutely no resistance. It is so nice to see what we saw in the showroom and what we envisioned is now in our kitchen. By the way, this is the first review I have ever written which should say something. We highly recommend anyone considering Showplace cabinets to contact Nancy and you won't be disappointed.

I worked with Jen on our kitchen project and from the beginning she was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was unsure about my countertop and backsplash, but her professional, creative eye guided me to a beautiful kitchen. Customer service is number one with me and I give Jen and Showplace Kitchens the highest grade. Would highly recommend Jen and Showplace Kitchens.

No pressure to make decision and very helpful with all my questions prior to signing a contract for the project. Lots of communication and followup as the project got underway, which is always appreciated! No loose ends and within a week I had a new kitchen!

Such a great experience in getting the kitchen of my dreams and so much more than I could have ever imagined. Lisa is a great communicator and designer; the product quality and end results are amazing. My only regret is we didn't find Showplace Kitchens sooner.

The product quality was good. The rep we worked with was not organized. We had several incorrect specs that delayed the remodel. Managent (or owner?) will not get involved.

Sorry I was off on Friday. Below is what you wrote in the email… I want to take a few minutes to recommend Aubrey at Showplace Kitchens for helping you with storage organization. I had the usual "how can I organize my tupperware" cupboard dilemma. She showed me a 2 drawer system that pulls out so I don't have to get down on my hands and knees to see what bowl or container I want from the cupboard I store my containers in. The system holds a lot more than I expected and the drawers have a quiet close. It has been a wonderful addition to my kitchen organization. Thank you Aubrey at Showplace Kitchens!

I hired Showplace Kitchens to remodel my kitchen. I decided to reface my cabinets as we were keeping the footprint and my cabinets were in good shape. I can't say enough good things about Amber the designer. She was incredibly responsive, professional and super easy to work with. For instance, I absolutely knew what I wanted so when I didn't love any of the hardware in the catalog I was given, I told her what I was looking for and she just nailed it on the first try. You can't ask for anything better than that. She is truly a gem and is as good as they come. My kitchen was completely transformed. It is exactly what I pictured and even though it has been 9 months since it has been completed I still have moments that I just catch my breath because it is so beautiful. I have since recommended her to one of my friends who also adores working with her. You can't go wrong here!

I came in with a design in mind and Jennie matched it to a T. I had previously taken my design to another "custom cabinet" place and basically was told that I couldn't have what I wanted. The project was done on time. I was very happy that the installer and quartz installers that Showplace used were professional and knew to take their shoes off and wrap the carpet (that drives me nuts when I have to ask contractors to remove their shoes. The cabinets are beautiful and I love our new bathroom.

I am glad I stopped by Showplace Kitchen! I visited two other design stores and none provided ideas within the time frame they offered. This all changed when I walked into Showplace Kitchens and met Jason who took time to listened. Jason offered design ideas within a week. He was extremely helpful in explaining the many options that exist for my new home, had lots of ideas for the kitchen area layout and cabinet styles, was always available for questions, and always offered and allowed me to take home samples. Jason never rushed or pressured, was just available whenever I had "another" question. After weighing all my options and idea proposals, I was ready to order my kitchen and sat down with Jason to place the order. I made my down payment and can't wait to receive my new kitchen. What a pleasant experience from start to finish!!!

From the moment we stepped into Showplace Kitchens, we were in love with an Iroko-wood topped island and its matching Linen-colored cabinetry. We desired to replace our existing honey oak cabinetry but didn't know quite where to start. That's where Aubrey Costello stepped in. Aubrey came to our home, took measurements and proceeded to design a wonderful, warm, "showplace" kitchen that accentuates the existing space. Aubrey's suggestions were invaluable - bubble glass accents, lighting, quartz countertops. We absolutely love our new kitchen and are so thankful that we worked with Aubrey. Her friendly expertise really made the difference for us. Aubrey also designed a modern, highly usable locker/bench space that replaced our bi-fold closet near the front door. We love it. Working with Aubrey and Showplace was a treat. Plus you can't beat Chris's expert installation and craftsmanship!"

Amy is a joy to work with. Our project was a remodel of a very dated kitchen and Amy came to our home several times while we mulled over layout and design. She was patient and a good listener to what we needed the space to do for us. I highly recommend her

The complete experience dealing with Showplace is nothing less than outstanding. From the initial concept, to design and design modifications to actual construction all phases of the project exceeded expectations. With 10' ceilings in the kitchen, coming up with the right look was challenging but we love how it turned out! Knotty alder, corner cabinet, large pullout drawers and more. It's beautiful!!

Tanya was very professional. She gave some great idea that we didn't think of ourselves. She very helpful in choosing counter tops and sink and decorative borders for our cupboards. She would get back promptly when we had questions or concerns. I would love to work her again, if we have any more projects.

Tanya was fantastic! I came in with an idea to create a new island in our kitchen. She listened to my ideas, and also asked all the right questions that really helped us define what our needs were. She came up with 3 different designs which were better than I could have imagined. She helped us stay within our budget while creating a beautiful project. We actually did the installation ourselves and her measurememts were perfect! I would recommend her anytime for any project!

Showplace kitchens had assisted with kitchen design, product selection, installation and follow up. We purchased the following: hickory cabinets, soapstone and maple butcher block counters. There was a slight misfit in the installation of the counters, but that was handled immediately and professionally. Showplace kitchens and their contractors resolved the issue with us and between themselves the same evening, and were out the next morning to resolve the concern. And we live 100 miles from the business! We have nothing but positive things to say about Show place kitchens. Not only are they true professionals, but they show how they care for their customers. We so appreciated their care and concern for us as individuals with needs and personal preferences, rather than being just another set of names to add to their customer data base. Over the past 9 months since installation, we have also purchased a range hood, additional lights, and hardware. The staff continue to be amiable, always showing concern as to how the products are performing for us. To us, the Showplace Kitchen staff is more like a part of our family than a business relationship. Whenever possible, we let our friends and contacts know that ShowPlace Kitchens is THE place to go for the work.

Showplace Kitchens was great to work with on my project. We used a new finish and style and turned out gorgeous in our space.

Showplace Kitchens was very good to work with, very flexible. Tonya especially was very good to work with, as she looked for specific pieces we were looking to incorporate into our kitchen. They designed, re-designed and kept perfecting it to fit what we were imagining! When everything was installed they adjusted the doors, fixed any little blemishes that happened during the install and were generally very helpful. I would work with them again!

We had a badly outdated and small 1960s kitchen. Aubrey came up with 3 designs for us to choose from. We had initially wanted to take out a wall. However, due to cost we ended up removing only a partial wall. This does give the feeling of a larger space. We have essentially the same lay out as the old kitchen; however, were able to add a pantry cabinet and desk area with storage. Aubrey's cabinet choices gave us better storage in the room we had. We also had a linen closet and another storage cabinet reworked which gave us room for brooms, etc. In short, I was given everything I wanted in the same amount of space. The cabinets are gorgeous -- I don't believe I'll ever get tired of them. The final cost was only $700 over budget due to a small plumbing issue and some extra trim that I asked for near the end of the project.

We contacted Showplace Kitchens and talked to Tanya in the summer of 2014 to update my bathroom. She did such a good job that we than decided to redo our kitchen which was a much bigger project. Tanya worked with us from the beginning and gave us some really good ideas and was very patient. We have now started this project in February of 2015, putting in new cupboards, knocking our 2 walls and really giving it a whole new look. I can not wait to see the finished project. Will update you when it is all done.

We received new cabinets and countertops from Showplace. Never having done this before and working with the original kitchen of our 1968 home Tanya from Showplace was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us as we really didn't know what we wanted as far as layout, wood colors and countertop material. We didn't purchase our flooring from Showplace but she was helpful with that also making suggestions about durability and colors, I can't express how great it was to work with her...she made the project easy on us and a year later I don't regret one decision we made. Also our contractor was impressed and found Tanya exceptionally easy to work with and was available for all questions and decision making. I LOVE this new kitchen and will enjoy it for years to come, thanking Tanya for making it happen!

We quickly received a few different design options. Showplace Kitchens took our ideas, our budget and gave us some other options we didn't even think of! They were great to work with and everything was finished on, or before, they said it would be. I have recommended them to friends already and will continue to do so!

The services provided in our kitchen project were outstanding. From the coordinator to the contractors. Very professional and extremely easy to work with! Had 3 companies design kitchens for me and Kari at Showplace came up with the design my wife and I chose. Went round and round about color and type of wood and ended up at a place we were trying to avoid when we started, but combination of look and price just made sense. We did some things we weren't going to do in the beginning that were raising the costs of construction, so we decided to save a little on the cabinetry by choosing not to go with upgraded wood types, etc. We did add features such as soft close and pull out shelving, but in the end, we were real happy how it came out and the price was very reasonable. Showplace doesn't charge extra for odd sizes, so we filled all but one space with cabinetry. There was one corner that we had to use a filler piece, otherwise we utilized our space to the max. Kari came up with an idea to put a different color stain on one wall that sits out by itself and we used the cabinetry in a symmetrical way to make that wall appear like a hutch instead of kitchen cabinetry and that came out best of all. After seeing the color on it, almost wish we would have used that color everywhere else. We cut a hole in the wall between our kitchen and garage and built the frig into a little cove so it sits counter depth but is full size, an idea brought up by Kari and the contractor that I was using for the project. End result, very happy with the project and have recommended Kari and Showplace to a couple of friends who are contemplating kitchen remodels.

We used Showplace Kitchens to upgrade a professional show kitchen in our business. They did an excellent job. I felt the price was fair, the installation was done well and the designer worked well with the equipment distributor. The designer listened and gave outstanding color, cabinets and material choices - I approved with hardly any changes.

Nancy at ShowPlace Kitchen was so helpful with designing the kitchen of our dreams, on the budget we had for our lake home. We love it. Our children even like to do the Christmas baking there because it is a wonderful place to bake. we entertain many guest at a time and the kitchen serves us well.It is just beautiful. We needed to change our laminate cabinets and pink countertop to something we could live with but within a strict budget. The staff at Showplace never once tried to upsell to something outside our budget and offered products that offered a modern, high-end look. Staining the oak cabinets in a dark mocha with an ebony glaze took them out of the "oaky" look we disliked. The high definition laminate countertop added much needed color that we carried into the wall colors. The end result was a $5000 kitchen makeover ($9000 with appliances, paint, backsplash and lighting) that added $24,000 to the asking price of our home, which we sold in less than one day, with multiple offers. The staff was very professional and a joy to work with and the products were beautiful.

My experience with showplace has been great so far. Amy is wonderful to work with and has really looked into what we want to have in a kitchen.
