When we purchased our Bahama shutters in South Carolina for our home, we were very pleased when we first put them on, but then within two years of having them up, they started to rot. We spent a lot of money for these particular shutters, and we were very disappointed to see that they didn’t last long. We reached out to Bahama shutters and they were quick to replace the originals and also asked for the old ones back so they could investigate what happened so this doesn’t happen to customers in the future. This may have been a fluke of a thing, not sure and time will tell if the new ones hold up. I do appreciate the company reaching out to us to fix the issue at hand and they were very professional while doing it. I want to thank Brian who was very professional from start to finish and you stayed in contact with us from the start to make sure we were happy customers for the long haul. I will revisit my review in about two years for an update on these new Bahamas shutters. They are very beautiful and hopefully long lasting for us in the future.

Composite shutters are great just wondering how the plastic mounting brackets will hold up against the weather over time.

Very high quality shutters. Mine were made to exact measurements which were very custom to build out a laundry room. This was my third or fourth order over ~12 yrs and all have been correct and quality wood.

Could not be more pleased with our shutters from Shutterland. The selection, ordering process including custom color to match the columns on our new house was simple. Customer service was prompt, courteous and effective in keeping my order moving forward. The shutters arrived extremely well packaged and on time. Our installers were not sure about using the clear hangers as the composite shutters are heavy. But found installation to be very easy and the shutters are secure. The shutters look fantastic, are a perfect match to the column color and make the house pop. Have referred all our friends and neighbors who inquire or need shutters. Would purchase again without hesitation.

When we began renovation on our 32-year old home's exterior 6-months ago, we wanted only products that would stand the test of time, look great and not cost an arm and a leg. After extensive research, Shutterland appeared to be what we were looking for so we purchased 10-sets of primed, composite shutters. The shutters arrived safely packaged, and ahead of promised scheduled. These shutters appear to be very well made and are solid and heavy. The factory priming left a rough surface that required light sanding and the shutters then were painted with Behr Marquee Satin Enamel - 2 coats. It took the contractor 2 workers to install in our brick facing - one to hold while the other one screwed the shutters into the brick. They look fabulous! Overall we are very happy with the Shutterland composite shutters and highly recommend these to others looking for quality products.

I built my 10x12 shed this past summer. I was having a hard time finding shutters that were size appropriate for the smaller windows I used. The custom sized shutters I purchased from ShutterLand Exterior Shutters are the perfect fit and my shed looks amazing with them. Thank you! Keith G.

ShutterLand was a great company to work with and their shutters really enhanced the appearance of our house! Best part they actually delivered our shutters three weeks early. In this Covid world we’re living it, to get something you order three weeks early versus three months late is huge!!
