My husband and I approached Shylo in August of 2013 to design a full remodel of our Master Bath. During our initial meeting, she listened to what we liked and didn't like about our 20 yr. old bathroom, what we would like to see in a new bathroom and our preferences for aesthetics. After she and her assistant carefully measured our bathroom, she then went to work designing a new way to use the unusual space that she was challenged to re-create. Her designs and material selections exceeded our expectations! With only a few changes to her design we moved from concept to plans and then to scheduling the demolition and remodel. Shylo knew our budget and worked within those guidelines. She also was very good at communicating to us and to the key people who would be overseeing and carrying out the labor. Shylo has the respect of those who were involved in the project and she worked very hard to keep us in the loop of the progress. In any major remodel there will be issues that arise, problems and mistakes that are caught along the way. What is so refreshing about working with the Shylo and the rest of the crew at The Kitchen Source is that they will fix those errors - working very hard to make things right. Their loyalties are to their customers and to having things done the right way. At the end of this very long project, we are over the moon thrilled with the design and the craftsmanship that The kitchen Source provided. I do believe that customer satisfaction is their highest priority and Shylo works tirelessly to provide that.

Designer Shylo brings warmth and peace into your home. Her name actually means "Peace". She wants to help you create the space that brings you joy. Together we chose a stunning Caesarstone countertop, Italian porcelain tile backsplash, Blanco sink, and Kitchen Aid cooktop for my kitchen. Her team went above and beyond in their construction and implementation. She continued to supply ideas for color and design. I will say she was and is very refreshing in her customer service.
