Sioux and her crew were great - Sioux recommended a different stain than we had used before for our rather large deck and now that the Ithaca winter is over (we hope), we can see that it protected the deck much better than what we had used before. We are very happy with this company and give them our highest recommendation. This was our second year with them, as they completed painting the outside of our house. Our project was complex, initially involving coordination with a contractor to replace some of the siding (a cement plank material), and then extensive caulking as well as scraping and painting. We had excellent communication with the project leader again this year, and she was easy and pleasant to work with. She gave us an accurate estimate of the cost and the timing for completion of the project, and she was sensitive to our time constraints. The workers were very friendly, pleasant, professional, courteous, and careful. They checked in with us daily to see if we had any concerns or suggestions. The quality of the finished product is excellent, and the cleanup was thorough---you couldn't tell they had been there when they finished. While the cost may be a bit higher than some others, it seems only fair for an above-average outcome. Thank you so much!

Sioux O'Connor and crew painted our entire house in 2004, and we have been totally pleased. (It's a fairly complicated jumble of additions, originally built in the late 1940s.) She has made sure we were satisfied and has been attentive to details --- she even arranged for a large storm window replacement to be custom-made and delivered it herself. Her crew is entirely professional and does a great daily cleanup. In subsequent years we have twice had her back for a smaller scale job, which has been done to the same high standards. She is willing and able to work around our strange schedules. We are happy to give her operation a top rating -- we would not want to call anybody else.

We hired Sioux O'Connor to refresh our kitchen cabinets. We had nice quality cherry cabinets that were faded/outdated and Sioux was able to refinish them in a beautiful antique ivory finish. The cabinets give so much more light to our kitchen and look like they are original to the house.

She and her team worked on the exterior of our house, the interior including a cathedral ceiling, skylights, and the deck.
