We contracted with Capital Design to completely remodel our kitchen and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. From the start, we were initially impressed with Capital Design’s detailed proposal. Our positive experience continued with Shannon’s expert design recommendations and her ability to help and improve on our ideas to make our dream kitchen a reality. When it came to project construction, Adam and Alex were organized and went over every detail of the plans with us and their team. Every member of the team who worked on the project was professional and knowledgeable, listening to our concerns and showing their expertise in their craft. The team always answered our questions right away and let us be as involved as we wanted for every step of the project. The team at Capital Design ended the job by pouring over every last detail, making sure the kitchen was perfect and ready for us to enjoy! Adam, Jessica, Shannon and the Team at Capital Design have been a joy to work with during our extensive Kitchen Remodel. Our kitchen was small, without enough cabinet space for our needs. We talked about our special dietary desires (such as 2 dishwashers, cabinets for 2 sets of dishes and the like, and what we envisioned for the kitchen of our dreams (such as a walk- in pantry, where none existed before). Adam took a slew of measurements and pictures, talked to us about various options, and various price ranges. In the end, Shannon used her design skills and tools to mock-up a kitchen of our dreams using our existing basic footprint, based on Adam’s recommendations. We chose solid wood nice quality cabinetry from Medallion, quartz countertops, new engineered hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen level of the house, and KitchenAid Appliances. They even worked with us to design the double oven and cabinetry at a lower height to accommodate my wife’s small stature. The folks at Capital Design then prepared a comprehensive series of documents that our extremely personable and knowledgeable project manager, Alex, used to oversee the workers over the next few months. The workmen Capital Design used were extremely nice, professional and produced outstanding quality work. In the end, we kept adding scope and paid a little more than we had originally budgeted but my goodness, we have an absolutely beautiful and functional kitchen. We love Capital Design!

To say we were thrilled with our bathroom renovation would be an understatement. From start to finish the process was easy. We wanted something a bit more bold than a standard white bathroom and the team at capital design delivered and then some. Heath (our project manager) was absolutely wonderful. He came to the job site every single day (usually twice a day), communication during the whole process was fantastic. Any issues or questions were answered immediately. The design was everything we wanted and process was so simple. They took the stress of renovation off the table by managing everything for us. We love our bathroom and will be working with Capital Design on more projects in the future. We would absolutely recommend working with them to anyone.

There was not one moment during the entire process, from design to completion, where we did not feel like a valued client. Heath and Travis treated our home and our bathroom remodel as if they were working in their own homes. Adam Smith and the group at Capital Design were a great asset in the remodeling of our kitchen. Adam has 20+ years experience in the business and it shows. An exceptional kitchen design takes a tremendous amount of thought and requires a great deal of patience and decision making. Adam and his team were full of valuable advice and ideas, and were well educated on what new equipment and materials are available on the market. During the design process, Adam listened intently to our thoughts and concerns, and enthusiastically participated in discussions with us. He treated the job very personally, carefully answering every question and giving thoughtful suggestions, all along helping us understand what we were looking for and laying out our kitchen to reflect that. His 3D renderings were super beneficial and helped us easily imagine the finished product and allowed us to make sound, well thought out decisions which resulted in an absolutely beautiful, fully functional, top notch kitchen. Capital Design worked hard to get us the best price in town, and has been there for us during the installation process ensuring everything goes as planned. Six weeks and my entire kitchen was beautifully transformed from end to end… After years of debating about wether or not to invest in remodeling our kitchen, my wife and I decided to take the leap. After meeting with typical contractors, interior designers offering little value and even drafting plans with Home Depot, we were very unimpressed with the lack of imagination and vision. An acquaintance recommended we try Capital Design before giving up — needless to say, it was exactly the right decision. Adam Smith (Owner) did an incredible job of listening to us and interpreting our ideas into an amazing vision that included renderings from multiple views. The project scope involved a complete rip and replace of all cabinets, new quartz counters, overhaul of all lighting, demo of walls and flooring installation. Best of all, Capital Design offered us a mobile application that provided transparency into scheduling, financials and product selection. The crew was fantastic - Heath is an amazing master craftsman with a keen sense of detail. Josh and Kory were incredibly diligent, responsive, and friendly. My wife and I are incredibly pleased with the outcomes and are loving our brand new kitchen! Adam is my go-to person for all my cabinet needs. I have worked with him on my remodeling projects for a few years now and he is very reliable and quick to respond.
