My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It is hard enough designing, furnishing and coordinating a home. Add the element of the home being thousands of miles away and the complication factor goes through the roof. Shannon was a true professional. Highly skilled and never gets rattled. Read Full Review

We have just bought a new home in Colorado. Shannon was highly recommended by our realtor. Thank goodness we found her. Impeccable taste, ahead of schedule on everything, and always going above and beyond in every way to help us get in our new home. Highly recommend!

Mountain Concierge is above the rest. I have worked with Shannon on multiple projects as her electrician and she sets the bar for quality and delivery above anyone I've worked for. The difference with Shannon is that she truly cares about her clients on an individual basis and wants to give each one a unique experience based on their personal needs and wants. Her communication skills and ease to work with are at the top of the mountain peak. A true and passionate professional with coast to coast experience. Seeing her clients reactions after coming home to their new surroundings says it all! Keep it up Shannon.

Wow. Incredible. Words can't describe the performance by Mountain Concierge and Shannon Murphy. It is hard enough designing, furnishing and coordinating a home. Add the element of the home being thousands of miles away and the complication factor goes through the roof. Shannon was a true professional. Highly skilled and never gets rattled. She was organized, meticulous and a complete pleasure to work with. She made sure the clocks run on time and when they didn't, she had a solution. She was creative. A real problem solver. She knows everyone in the area and isn't afraid to call them in when necessary. I am a planner and a worrier - she took both of those responsibilities and let me sleep at night. There is no possible way our family could have enjoyed the holidays in our new town house without the leadership, creativity and brilliance of Shannon Murphy. Thank you!

Shannon helped transform our out of date mountain condo into a home that we LOVE and are proud to show off! It's like a brand new place! She was so hands on, and paid attention to every single detail. Always available, and easy to reach. Knew exactly what we liked, and wanted and delivered! So easy to work with, that we will, (and have!), recommended her to friends looking to redecorate. In the words of my 16 year old son...."she really outdid herself!". Thanks again Shannon!

Shannon Murphy has been fabulous to work with! We purchased a new construction townhome in Avon Colorado. Shannon helped us choose furnishings that were both beautiful, appropriate to the design of the home and for a family with grandchildren. She is cost sensitive, knowing when to add statement pieces and balancing with lower cost items. She kept on top of order deadlines, delivery schedules and was on site to receive deliveries. Additionally, Shannon is readily accessible - always quickly responding to calls and emails. She advocates with vendors if there are issues. She anticipates items that will make us more comfortable before we have even thought of them. Her intention was to create a beautiful vacation home that was ready for us to step into and enjoy our time there. And, Shannon delivered!

Shannon's diverse background and experience brought our project into focus quickly. Her knowledge of design, construction process, and timing kept our remodel on track. More than a designer she could manage the trades and supply chains. Her passion for design keeps her mind going 24/7 and she is filled with options to present. I was extremely picky and she guided me through the big picture while listening to me stray in different directions. The project exceeded my expectations! Friends are in awe of the transformation and we couldn't be happier. Shannon is a true professional and a joy to work with!

We worked with Shannon Murphy while decorating our new home. She came to our home to complete measurements and see the house in person so that she would be able to recommend furniture based on the style and layout of the home. She was detail oriented, professional and had great recommendations. We quickly formed a friendship with her while working with her. We would highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking for an experienced professional to help with interior design work. She's the BEST in her industry and her work shows that.

Shannon Murphy is exceptional to work with and her eye for design is incredible. She cut through the fluff and helped me expand my style boundaries while still keeping my tastes in mind. I was grateful that she encouraged me to explore and found pieces that will last in addition to working with my budget. While she furnishes and designs high-end multi-million dollar homes, she gave me the same level of professionalism and personal attention within my budget. I respect her and appreciate her candor and honesty and her open personable manner. Cannot say enough about her efficiency as well - she came in and made it happen and I recommend Shannon to anyone across the spectrum - from high-end design to filling an empty room, she will make it happen in effortless fashion.

Shannon is an amazing designer. The very first day we met her, she listened to our overall concept for our house and our tastes in general, and she immediately started pulling things together. In no time at all, she pulled together the entire house, from floor to ceiling. She expertly started with hardwood colors and tiles, then moved on to area rug colors & styles, counter tops, then furniture for each room, and ultimately window coverings. It was amazing to watch it all come together, seemingly effortless. She even fixed some poor placement of inside stone we made with our builder before meeting her. Our home is simply amazing because of her. We are forever grateful. Thank you so much Shannon!

I came into The Showroom to view some of Denver's fine furniture and met Shannon Murphy at the design counter. I was pleased with her furniture knowledge and soon found she was a big fan of the company I work for, Ackerman and Sons Workshop. Shannon has a love for antiques also. Shannon has referred several customers to us who chose to reupholster instead of purchasing new. If you have any need for advise and expertise on quality furniture and fabrics, I would Visit Shannon Murphy at The Showroom. Sincerely, Jared Schultz.

I would never have enough words to express how quickly, simple, and affordable Shannon Murphy made the process of furnishing my homes and choosing light fixtures. The compliments I receive from everyone is ten fold compliment back to Shannon Murphy. She made a dull room interesting and vibrant by mixing many lines and layers of furniture and accessories while keeping my budget in mind. I used Shannon on my second home as well and have referred many satisfied friends and co workers to her. Her conscious effort and ability to meet anyone's budget is a true testament to her professionalism and her knowledge of her furniture lines.
