We needed a replacement panel and we sent them pictures with a tape measure on the product to show the exact size and scale. They shipped us a panel that was 50% smaller than the scale we spec'd and they said it was our fault they had to GUESS at what size it was... Okay? The tape measure was exact to show what size it was. They refused to call back, the owner refused to speak to us, and they hid behind the emails. No refunds, no exchanges, no customer service. They left us high and dry. Buyer beware!

I would begin by saying that I have never written a review.The fact that I am doing so, in this instance, is because of the exceptional product and service that I received. Product: Wall panel, Carta pattern 8x4'. These panels were finished to a high quality; and I compare them directly to their competitors, from whom I also received samples.Most importantly, the pattern was matched to adjacent panels at no extra charge.I dealt with a highly professional team.Delivery was expedited, packaging (so important) and shipping were great too.The panels look fantastic in place. I have used the Texture 3D products on several different Interior Design projects. I love the versatility of the product! I have used it in traditional spaces as well as ultra contemporary. I own a small event and wedding decor business and ordered Textur3D panels to create a custom screen to serve as a unique stage and ceremony backdrop. Although it was not a huge order, the people at Soelberg Industries handled it with attention to detail and delivered everything as expected and by the date I requested. I am beyond happy with my experience with Soelberg Industries and would recommend their products and service to anyone! As a former commercial interior designer, these are the products you keep as a go to for creating truly amazing spaces. Whether you need to divide space, create a headboard or jazz up a boring wall, their designs are unique and the ways you can use them are endless. Enjoy!

I worked with Soelberg Industries on a Textur3d accent wall panel that was placed behind the reception desk of a dental clinic. Soelberg was quick with samples, offered many finish options so I was able to select the right one, and worked with me and my client to include the clinic logo in the panel. It turned out absolutely perfect. I would definitely use the Textur3d panel on future projects.

BUYER BEWARE!! I was looking online for a unique material to use as a fireplace surround. I came across Soelberg Industries Texture3D material and loved it. I called the company in April 2012 to see if it was a safe material for that particular use. I was told it was safe and was sent photos of an existing installation as a suggested design option. I sent a sketch of how I wanted to use the material, (which included a custom-made stainless steel fireplace surround), and they returned CAD drawings and specs of how material would be layed out. I received the wall panels in late Dec. Before I could have panels installed, I tacked up a sample above fireplace, and within 45 minutes the material delaminated. I immediately asked the company representative if there was any history of this and he told me that the particular finish I purchased would delaminate with heat exposure. The President of the company has since denied this is true, although as you can see from the attached photo, it did not stand up to heat exposure. I have asked for a refund, because it is clearly not suitable for the application it was purchased for. The company has refused to refund my purchase. I made dozens of phone calls and emails to the company, between April 2012 and my purchase in Dec. 2012, to ensure I was getting a product that would be appropriate for exact use. Never at any time was I told I needed to purchase a certain type of fireplace or that there was a risk of delamination. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I have purchased a product that I can not use and the company is refusing to take any responsibility. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Soelberg Industries.
