Incredible company to order from. I ordered the 36 Hemi firebowl to complete my backyard hardscape project. They were awesome to deal with. They provided great advice on colour choices. Never tried to upsell. The customer service was impeccable. The product itself is better than expected. The purchase and shipping process was quick and flawless. Highly recommend this product and company.

This is a beautiful and well made product. The burners ( the part that fails on cheap fire pits) are solid brass and well made. The size and proportions are ideal for a moderate to larger space. The bowl arrived in a museum standard wooden shipping crate and was well padded to ensure that it was I damaged.

We received excellent customer service upon visiting the Solus showroom. All of the aesthetic options and the working details were explained and shown to us while there in our one and only visit. Our purchase was then done through email and the pick up date was as stated and packaged extremely well for transport. We are extremely happy with our purchase - Hemi 36 Fire bowl in cinder with extra concrete rocks.

Martes at Solus Decor was extremely helpful, answering my many questions promptly and informatively. The firebowl itself came in its own crate, and I was able to track it all the way - very impressive. And we love the finished article: beautifully made and a real style statement. Not a cheap purchase, but a real investment and, in my eyes, totally worth it.

We are thrilled with our beautiful Solus fire pit! It was a pleasure working with this Vancouver company and even better knowing manufacturing is done in Vancouver. The product design is beautiful, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the end result is that we have, not just a gorgeous source of heat on our deck, but a unique focal point and conversation piece.

Solus were recommended to us for the best open fire pits. Though expensive, they certainly are and we totally love it. The finish on the concrete is like looking at an Apple product... fine finish, exacting tolerances and well made. The packing was perfect to preserve the integrity of the product, the unpacking was easy and the install went without problems. My only complaint is that the cost of the hardwood lid, which looks great, was priced way too high. We had a custom cedar one made for ⅓ the price and it now serves as a great drink table when the fire is not in use. The service and quotation process was smooth and professional and very helpful. All staff at site and the manager were polite and professional and very helpful. I totally recommend this product and firm to deal with.

Solus Decor was great to work with. Very helpful in giving advice when choosing the correct tiles and timely in their production. I would definitely recommend them.

This was our second fireplace surround we had ordered through Solus Decor Inc. Our first was a span surround fireplace which was perfect for the renovations in our family room. The surround has a beautiful modern and sleek appearance which is exactly what we were looking for. For our second fireplace surround, we created our own unique surround with separate pieces Solus Decor had and put them together for a specific look we had in mind for our living room fireplace. Kris was very open to our unorthodox requests and extremely helpful. We were very concerned about colour and Kris made himself available to show us sample of colours, etc. on more than one occasion. We were anxious with what our end product would be and after a lot of great communication with Kris and the staff at Solus Decor, we were extremely excited with the finished product! If we had another fireplace to re-do, we would be back at Solus Decor without any doubt. We would highly recommend Solus Decor and their products if you are looking for high quality fireplace surrounds and accessories. It is worth every penny! Thank you again!!

We live in Canmore, Alberta, Canada in the beautiful Bow Valley high up in the Rocky Mountains. We wanted a fire pit on our deck that would provide heat, ambience, and decor. We looked for two years before we found the perfect product for us - Solus Decor, Vancouver BC's hand polished concrete fire pits. Stunning design, craftsmanship, and quality. The fire pit has extended our deck season by several months. Solus crated and shipped the firepit, then we used a zoom boom to lift the fire pit to our upper deck. Assembly and insulation took 30 minutes. Easy. We use the fire pit almost every evening. The fire pit is worth the money - about $4500.00 installed.

Very helpful and professional assistance with selecting a fireplace surround. The material available to review options and colors was very helpful. The showroom and displays was also very helpful. Over the phone we received prompt answers to our questions. Solus facilitating shipping to a very complicated location.
