We highly recommend Shelton’s Outback Fence! Jeff was very responsive, prompt and knowledgeable. His recommendations were excellent and he did everything to deliver as promised. His bid was very comparable to others but we felt based on his knowledge that the quality of the finished product would best fit our needs. He and his team did not disappoint. His team was very experienced and they executed the job fast and efficient. The tear down was very quick and the build was executed very precisely. They kept the work area clean and were very cautious working around our landscape. Our cedar picket fence is gorgeous. The pickets are uniform in height and color, the metal posts are sturdy, and the gate is sturdy. We have received many compliments from our neighbors and we gladly recommend them.

Jeff Shelton and his team from Outback Fence Co just completed a beautiful fence for us at one of our business locations. The team was "on it" with the job, and left behind no trail of scraps of wood or anything else that some contractors leave behind. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The finished fence is like a work of art. All the wood that was used was high quality, no seconds were used. They truly exceeded my expectations in many ways. I would highly recommend this company for your fencing needs. The project was finished about two weeks ago and it was an excellent value for what we received.

Outback Fence of New Braunfels recently finished a fence for us in River Chase. The fence is really nice looking and well built! Thanks to Darvin and Sergio for their help and attention to detail. Follow-up punch list items took a while due to the rain, but they continually followed up with us every step of the way. Super people and a super company to work with.

I would like to warn others of the headache I had to deal with. My big issue is the fact that my fence is still not 100% complete. I have been waiting a month, trying to get them to come back out to finish the work.. I have paid for my fence and they still have yet to finish it. I have called and emailed with little response. It is like pulling teeth to get them to come back out. I did get them to come out and try to finish the fence, but the work they did was horrible and they just left more trash in the yard. Called the owner once again, only for him to get short with me for asking them to come finish my fence. That was a week ago still nothing. Filing a complaint with the better business bureau as a last resort. Work is subpar please use another company this has been a nightmare

Our 9 year old picket fence was blown down in several sections in January. We got three estimates and decided to go with Jeff. We are very pleased with the work. Our property is very sloping and uneven ground and we appreciate how straight and true the sight lines are because of the care that was taken to keep slopes continuous, pickets and posts plumb and corners square. We have a retaining wall that is hard to fence around and Jeff was the only contractor to discuss options with us and to suggest a better solution than the way the old fence was built. We highly recommend this company.

They did an excellent job. They were on time. The cost was what it said it would be, and was very reasonable. He was very courteous when he came out, and very appropriately dressed. He talked with us, found out what we really needed, and did exactly that. It looked great!
