We selected Southwest Exteriors for a front door and patio screen replacement. Frank, our consultant, helped us design the doors and we actually picked a colored front door. The doors are Provia which is high quality and have a lifetime warranty. From order date to installation was approximately seven weeks. On the day of installation, the crew (Kyle and Greg) showed up and about four hours later, we had new doors with new framing and perfect fit. The old doors and metal bars were hauled away and cleanup was awesome. It was a GREAT experience! I definitely recommend this company!

Absolutely top-notch service from day one. The product design consultant really listened to my concerns and addressed those concerns. His appointment was totally focused on me and my concerns--so when the appointment ran overtime he accommodated my questions and need for education. Accommodation is another hallmark of Southwest Exteriors. Every day the project manager checked with me to make certain I was satisfied with how the project was progressing. He was the interface between his team and me, but I was encouraged to communicate directly with the team. Each, and every employee I dealt with was professional and courteous. They are experts in their areas of expertise and they are experts in customer service. That's why they deserve a 5 star rating.

Working with Southwest Exteriors was a tremendously pleasant experience. Always on time, friendly and helpful, every step of the way. Everyone was very respectful of our home and our time. The job wasn't an easy one, but not one complaint from them. I will say it was much dustier than I thought it would be, but our windows had to be cut out of our stucco. It was quite a process. Stucco repair team was also on time, courteous and respectful. Everyone did an excellent job and our windows and stucco looks fantastic, like our house had a facelift. Definitely recommend them and their work.

Edit Southwest Exteriors is a trustworthy company with an excellent product! My neighbor John told me about them and said they are the best windows out there, even better than Pella, so we went with the Renewal by Andersen windows. I talked with the sales guy Dustin for a long time, even about personal stuff. The installation process was a piece of cake. The crew was friendly, clean, on time, and I visited with Greg and Kyle everyday. Even the owner, Scott, called me personally and made sure I was well taken care of. My wife LOVES the windows and we can keep the blinds up without the heat making our home too hot. Dustin, Kyle, and Greg all get A+++++++!!!

I had Anderson Renewal window replacement done by Southwest Exteriors and it was an amazing experience. Everyone I worked with from beginning to end was attentive, professional and knowledgeable. My windows arrived ahead of schedule and my job was completed in less time than estimated. The job was done to perfection and my 1963 house looks like new with my beautiful and functional windows. Southwest Exteriors did an outstanding job replacing my windows with Anderson Windows and replacing my siding with the Hardy Siding. This company is not inexpensive, but, oh, so worth the extra money you may spend. They are professional, punctual, respectful and they treat your property like it was their own! I am not easily impressed, but they did impress me. The windows are now 2 months old and i still pause every few days to appreciate how clear, warm, and quiet these windows are. Great product, great company, great people.

I had heard good things about Southwest Exteriors for a number of years and after getting estimates from some "cheaper" firms and contacting customers that had worked with all of them I decided to hire Southwest Exteriors to replace all the windows with Anderson Renewal double-pane products, and replace all the siding and trim with James Hardie siding on our 32 year old house in 2014. I'm familiar with the challenges in doing extensive construction and remodeling on an occupied residence, and because of the scope of the work we were contracting I was prepared to find that the good things I had heard about them would turn out to be inflated hype. However, their performance was a very pleasant surprise! Without exception, the entire Southwest Exteriors team was professional, thorough, timely, and consistently deliberate in their focus on doing a very high quality job. Where I expected "average" craftsmanship on fitting, trim-out, and finish work, I got exceptional attention to detail. Where I expected the usual mess and disruption that ordinarily comes from several weeks of multiple workers removing and reinstalling every window in the house, and stripping off and replacing the entire exterior facade, the job site and ongoing work flow was so clean and well managed that we were often hardly aware it was going on! In summary, I was willing to pay for a high quality job and got exactly what I wanted, with every element of their performance falling in the "excellent" category...and I would hire Southwest Exteriors again in a heartbeat!

First of all Southwest Exteriors is a top notch company. We hired them to replaces windows in 2 houses! The first house we sold, and were so pleased with the new windows we hired them a 2nd time in our new house during our total remodel. The crew that installs are polite, punctual and clean. The new window are not only beautiful but the energy saving and comfort are amazing. I have recommeded them MANY times and would definitely hire them again.

Some time ago, I had Southwest Exteriors replace the windows in my home, excluding one. Last year while I was having other work done I asked them to replace that one remaining window with the same kind as I'd bought previously. Even though quite a few years had passed, they obtained the window and installed it in a very reasonable time. I was pleased with their work on both occasions, and would use them again. I recommend them to anyone who needs exterior work done. They were professional, easy to work with, and did excellent work. Southwest Exteriors is just a great company with great people.
