Spectrum Overhead Door

Spectrum is a great company! Our friends recommended us and we used their services twice. They very quick to respond and fix our broken springs. Their expert technician Travis was very professional and fast with the repairs. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

In 2010, my garage door opener stopped working. I did a lot of online research and decided to call Spectrum Overhead Door. Travis came out and assessed my problem and found me a great deal on a new garage door opener. He was on-time, professional, and very reasonably priced. I was happy with his work and recommended him to some friends who needed a garage door opener installed and they were happy with him as well. Last month, my garage door opener became possessed. It raised and lowered itself at random intervals. Travis came out again and checked it. He adjusted the tension on the door and checked the wiring to ensure it was not touching or crossed. I would have been happy to pay for his time (particularly since the garage door opener was out of warranty), but he refused to charge me because he wasn't sure that he had actually fixed the problem. Apparently, adjusting the tension worked because the garage door has been working fine ever since. Spectrum provides really great customer service. I highly recommend them.
