Eco Mattress Bags

I ordered a couch cover over a month ago in which I received in E-mail the same day saying that my order was going to be shipped Express. Which means it was supposed to be shipped overnight. I have tried to contact your company on several occasions about when I was going to be receiving my order. It took several weeks before I got a tracking number. As of October 29th it was supposed to be shipped in 3 days. It is now November 22nd. I checked the tracking number everyday and it says the same thing as of October 29th you haven't even shipped the item to the US Postal Service to have it shipped to me. All you've done is generate a tracking order number. which all this goes to show me is that I think I just got scammed by your "Company". Or there is a very very slim chance that you have a problem with your shipping Department. It's safe to say at this point I've pretty much just given up and realized I'm probably never going to get what I ordered and I'm never going to get my money back. Seeing as how I was forced to give at least one star just to provide a review you don't even deserve the one-star.

This product met all of my expectations and beyond. The bags are easy to slip on, and you can tell these bags are made out of very high quality plastic. I love that they are Eco friendly and bio degradable!! The company has excellent customer service, and is very prompt with shipping and answering questions. If you are moving a mattress or having issues with bedbugs, I highly recommend this product.
