We felt at ease through the initial consultation, a feeling that continued on throughout the project. Wanting to do some updates to the home and having heard the horror stories of dodgy contractors I visited the Baeumler Approved website and searched for a contractor that does Bathroom renovations. SPOK Home Renovation was one of the companies listed and after checking in with the Better Business Bureau for their rating and searching for reviews online, which even though I tried to find someone who posted a complaint, all I found was positive reviews of SPOK. I now know why. Upon calling to arrange for an in house estimate, the owner Sergiy stopped by listened to what I wanted to do to the ensuite, asked questions I hadn’t thought of, and provided suggestions based on his experiences. After some required measurements, he was off to prep his estimate. After comparing a couple estimates I chose to proceed with SPOK and have not regretted that decision at all. Day one of the renovation arrived and Sergiy and his helper were here and had tarps laid out from the front door to the ensuite, they also tarped off the rest of the master bedroom to limit the dust infiltration. At the end of each day, the tarps were removed and they ensured the pathway was cleaned up. This repeated each day. Throughout the renovation I was provided with daily updates on what was accomplished, how various components of the water proofing system worked, how the schedule looked, and if there were any items needed that I was responsible for providing. I found that even the small details like a floor register cover were taken into consideration – I expected to reuse the old white register cover, but was surprised to get home and see a nice new one in place that matched the floor tiles – I wasn’t expecting this nor had I even thought of it. It’s these small details that impress me. Based on how impressed I was with the work on the ensuite, I also had SPOK give the fireplace a facelift. Again, Sergiy listened to what I was thinking, provided some suggestions, and then set about implementing the change – the end product is stunning and everyone that has seen it is impressed with the work. I will be keeping SPOK’s number handy for future reno’s. I have no hesitation to use him again and in fact have gladly told others about the company for their renovation considerations.

Sergiy has hust completed for us a paint job for the whole house. This is the third time we hire him and his team to do our home renovations . And as every time before - his impeccable work left us completely satisfied with both highest quality of the result and right on time completion. He carefully listens to client's requests, gives professional advise and honest estimation. His attention to details and thoroughness appeals to us very much! We will definitely trust Sergey with our next home reno, and are recommending his services to our friends and family.

I hired Sergiy and his team at SPOKE home renovationsto do some drywall repairs due to water damage in our home in Richmond Hill. Sergiy gave me a quote I liked and when even when I increased the size of the job his additional costs were very fair. He arrived to do the work when he said he would and was finished when he said. The quality of his work and his professionalism really impressed me. The ceiling water damage was completely repaired and the new "flat" ceiling modernized the look of our house. We have had Sergiy do two projects for us. He did a beautiful job repairing and updating our shower with new tile, new fixtures and glass door. We were so pleased that we hired Sergiy for another job that involved installing a new kitchen, installing new walls, installing flooring, painting, tiling a new backsplash, and chalking around our windows. Sergiy and his team renovated our basement with great quality at a great price. We are still raving about the quality of the job that was done.
