And Ron Estey, Stafford’s on-site Project Manager, responsible for building our home, deserves recognition! Ron was not only responsible for our home, but other new-builds as well as administrative duties. Nevertheless, amidst myriad tasks, he always made time for our questions; not once were we made to feel "in the way" or an interruption. Ron was always friendly and approachable – always! Bringing years of building experience to the forefront, Ron exhibited solid, competent expertise in all phases of the building process. Additionally, Ron's welcoming demeanor, accessible character, and work ethic drew my wife and I into the building project as team members, not just buyers, but partners working together with him, shoulder to shoulder.
