I can't thank Kathleen enough for her efforts in staging our house. We contracted to sell our house,and prior to listing we had Staging Spaces stage our house prior to professional pictures being taken. The results were tremendous.... our house was sold 2 days after being listed! The staging and professional photography sold the house, in our opinion. Kathleen, is pleasant, honest, and the price paid was more than reasonable.

Kathleen was a very professional, but personable, woman who truly cared about getting the design right to sell our house. She identified the areas that were a challenge, and even rearranged a bookshelf during the consultation. She provided additional decor after our realtor contacted her about a room in the house. She came over and added the decor at no additional charge. She continued to follow up with us throughout the time our house was listed.

Kathleen Murray at Staging Spaces San Antonio does an amazing job. My clients love her and they do exactly what she says. I just schedule the photographer and I don't worry one bit about what the house will look like when he arrives. Kathleen takes care of business very efficiently. A true professional. I would highly recommend her.

Kathleen has done a wonderful job providing services for me personally and professionally! She staged my personal home and brought in some very complimentary pieces and it most definitely shows better. This past Friday she staged a listing for me and the difference was so great that it brought me to tears to see how the space was transformed. Kathleen gave the sellers a pretty hefty homework list and then she brought in some extra pieces but stayed there home wonderfully with their own belongings. This listing had showings scheduled back to back and overlapping each other and there were literally people parked outside of the home waiting for their turn. This house was under contract in less than 24 hours!!!! Kathleen has a wonderful eye for details and she stages on an affordable budget for the homeowner. I highly recommend Kathleen!!!!

Kathleen was very professional... very business like... Our house was a disaster because we were moving furniture to replace carpeting. She came and left me with instructions and then came back to stage. It looked amazing when she was done and we had an offer within 2 weeks! :)
