I would highly recommend Stair System Specialists. I would’ve redone our stair railing years earlier had I known how smooth of a process it would be. Matt executed on my vision flawlessly and exceeded my expectations with the final outcome. He had great suggestions and made me feel very comfortable with our final selections. He was a pleasure to work with and we definitely recommend him to others when possible.

After a long search. we finally connected with Matt, who is an expert in handling unique staircase design. Being that our staircase is curved, we were really in need of someone who is outstanding in this line of work. Ever since our first contact with Matt, he made it clear that he was willing and able to do just about anything necessary to fulfill our needs. Throughout the project he was pleasant, very easy to reach, clear on timelines, and always showed up when promised. I was concerned about the mess that a renovaded staircase would cause to the rest of my home, but to my surprise, Matt completed the project with little to not mess as all. This was a huge blessing, especially near the holidays. We are incredibly pleased with his skills and craftsmanship, we would highly recommend!

Working with Matt at Stair System Specialists was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. He had great ideas for our stairs that we incorporated and I love how they turned out. He is truly an expert in what he does. He showed up every day exactly when he said he would and the project was completed on time. He and his employees were very clean and courteous.
