Stattonrock Design + Build

My husband and I recently completed a custom home build with Stattonrock. What a team! They took care of us each step of the way and today we are living in our dream home. I highly recommend Stattonrock if you are considering a build or even a renovation.

We chose Stattonrock to renovate our 36 year old home. We had decided to stay where we were and Stattonrock did a beautiful job of making our “new “home” exactly what we wanted. They worked with us on the design and we ended up with an open concept that is perfect for our family and entertaining. We added in some different features and they turned out beautiful!! I love my kitchen! The team was really good to work with and listened to any concerns we had and they took care of them. We would recommend Stattonrock Design and Build.

We highly recommend Stattonrock. We knew we made the right decision in selecting them right from the get go. Even during Covid, the crew was on schedule. More service then what we expected, like the project manager, design team, and overall respect in addressing any questions/concerns that we had to make sure we were happy. CoConstruct programme gave us the tools to see projected and actual costs, timeline, etc. Their selected team of tradespeople were very trustworthy. We knew this was going to be a big project, with what started as a little leak in the kitchen, which turned into a fully gutted kitchen reno, then a main floor reno. Once the floors and walls were opened up, saw other underlying issues that needed to be addressed. We wanted to do this right, so spent the money now, so wouldn't have to do it again. And they made sure we could still live comfortably within the house while the reno was being done. I'd recommend doing a reno during the warmer months when you can be outside more.

Would absolutely recommend them, they were so easy to work with and the whole team was fantastic. Completed on time and budget.

Project was completed on schedule but greatly over budget. Owner is slow to respond and has been almost completely hands-off since signing the initial contract. There has been an endless string of issues with the house, both minor and not so minor. Repairs are clearly not a priority, involving multiple contacts, many delays, and repeated visits as they are often poorly done or incomplete. Would not recommend.

Very knowledgeable, easy to work with. Work site kept clean.Trades people were polite and helpful. All work was very good quality.

Stattonrock was an excellent company to build our addition to the main house that included a secondary suite in the addition. They were very knowledgeable with designing the addition, applying for building permits, building the addition and completing the project on budget and on schedule. The work quality was excellent, tracking expenses real time during the build was very informative for keeping on budget and knowing additional expenses that were incurred were known during the build. We had a very positive feedback from the neighbours during the construction process on how well it was organized and how quick the project was completed. We highly recommend this company.

Working with Stattonrock Design & Build was an amazing experience from start to finish. We know we have a quality built home from a builder we can trust! We purchased our home when it was just a lot, so it was really exciting to see it at each and every stage. Stattonrock always made sure we were involved and their extra touches like including a custom coat/ storage area in our mud room just show how much they care. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had Stattonrock Design and Build our home (our first new home!) and we were amazed by the design and working with their team was a dream! I now come home everyday and look forward to cooking in my beautiful kitchen designed for real life and entertaining! I love every detail and our home is everything I imagined it could be! Ray and Randi did an excellent job on the interior design details and Dan was so accommodating, understanding and professional! Stattonrock Construction has made me a believer in quality building and quality people! I highly recommend letting them take all the details and show you how your dream home can be a reality!
