We offer custom house plans as well as hundreds of plans already in-stock. There are plans to meet most any need and budget. Whether new construction or remodel, each job receives our utmost attention to detail, utilizing all possible space, while fulfilling the layout desires of each customer. We have several speculative plans that are proven sellers, for contractors searching for that perfect house to build and sell. All work is done in-house by professional, experienced designers and drafters. Each project is billed by the square foot and set up on a specific payment schedule, with the last payment due as final drawings are released. Though we offer regular office hours, we also meet with clients during evenings and weekends by appointment. Stephen Davis has over thirty years of experience designing award-winning homes of distinction. He hails from a family of creative artists and has been a musician, courtroom artist, cartoonist and painter before discovering his love of architectural design. He has studied architecture firsthand by traveling to over thirty countries on five continents, enabling him to approach each design project from a well-rounded perspective, blending uniqueness with tradition, regardless of style.
