1. Sam Engineering & testing, LP (SE&T) have worked with Larry Stewart Custom Homes (SCH) for many years. 2. SE&T performed the geotechnical/soil reports for site/lot specific foundation designs on their proposed houses. We also performed the material testing (compaction of soil under foundations). 3. SCH DO the above for being very professional and have sound foundation designs. 4. I HIGHLY & STRONGLY RECOMMEND SCH TO ALL HOME BUYERS.
