I wanted to share an experience we just had with Stonecrafters USA. We replaced two small vanity tops in bathrooms recently. In one of the two bathrooms, we installed marble. When the installers drilled the hole for the faucet, two hairline cracks occurred. One in front of the hole and one in back. That same evening I sent photos to my salesperson and the next day she agreed to have me pick out a new slab. As an option, Stonecrafters agreed to issue us a very small refund if we kept the marble top and they would fix the cracks. However, the tune quickly changed when the office manager, Gabi, found out my wife signed the release form agreeing their work was satisfactory (she signed the release without closely inspecting the tops). The company now claims we damaged the sink, claiming our plumber cracked the marble when installing the faucet (we have yet to install a faucet. In fact, there was no plumber ever called). Yesterday, Gabi explained to me that because we signed the release form she was under no obligation to do anything for us. However, as a good faith gesture, she would send someone out this morning to "fix" the cracks. After the appointment time came and went I called only to find out that they could not come out today after all. I was told they "may be able to get to it later this week" as they were "backed up with work from very good customers." I was promised a return call right away but five hours later no call. At this point, I do not expect a call and have written this off as a terrible experience. Needless to say, this is a company we will never do business with again.

I had Stonecrafters install granite countertops in my kitchen. When they came out to do the actual install, Junior, the installer, noticed that the base cabinets were not level. He notified me of the issue. I called my contractor who came out. They discussed and determined the cabinets needed to be raised while some of the issue could be addressed by the Stonecrafter team. After the cabinets were adjusted, the team came back out and finished the install. Before leaving, they double checked the range opening and trimmed a 1/8" off the granite to ensure the unit would slide in without binding. Professional and looks great.

Stonecrafters USA have a great selection and are easy and fun to work with! They came and finished when they said they would- which is a big plus!

Stonecrafters did a great job on our kitchen counter tops. They were very quick on delivery after taking measurements and their installers were professional and pleasant to deal with. We had a question about another project at the house and Jay Allen provided us with all of the information we needed. We have already hired them again for the other project so we certainly recommend them.

Becky was very helpful and had a great understanding of what I was looking for in kitchen counters. She helped me locate the perfect slab, gave me the opportunity to provide input into the template and look of the counters. She quickly ascertained that I like to be hands on as much as possible and she encouraged my input in the process along the way. Becky was also very friendly and approachable, knowledgeable and able to help me get exactly what I was looking for in a great time. I will consult Becky anytime I have the need for stone/granite/or similar input on such projects.

Becky and her team at Stone Crafters did a great job taking care of all the counter tops for my entire house. The Quartz we picked looks beautiful and was installed in the time frame I needed. I will back to them when I'm ready for my next project.

This is a family owned business providing a high level of customer service. Becky Costa is wonderful and reponsive in sales, answering questions and promising AND delivering on a quick turn around. The installers are truly excellent. Measurements are done so precisely. All were friendly and very competent. The granite counter tops are beautiful. This is certainly not a discount "factory type" operation, but the price was a little lower than some comparable installers. Every aspect of the experience was a pleasure.

There are not enough stars provided to say how pleased I am with the work this company did and the people who own and work at Stonecrafters. They went well above and beyond in service and the pricing was excellent. They beat the big box stores! Be sure to contact them if you are thinking about adding granite or stone to your home.

The professionals at Stonecrafters USA saved my kitchen renovation! We had to alter the color scheme of the kitchen once the cabinets came in, but couldn't find the right coordinating combination of countertops to go with it. Becky and her team stayed late on a Friday, combing the warehouse to find the right stone in the right colors that brought the all of the decor elements together.

Becky and the rest of the staff at Stonecrafters were some of the easiest people to work with. They listened to our ideas of what we wanted, presented options and helped guide my wife and I through this process. Their expertise and advise was welcomed and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

We needed a very fast (like 24 hours!) turnaround on a small marble top for a vanity. We found a pretty piece from their boneyard and they turned fabrication around in one day for a competitive price. It's nice that they are located intown in Atlanta. Many marble shops and fabricators are a 20-45 minute drive outside of the city. We are very pleased with the work product and appreciated their working with us in such a timely fashion.
