Our experience with Stonecroft Homes was amazing! David, Bart, Brock and Mark are the best! From the initial planning stages through the completion of the punch list, we could not have asked for more. Building a home is a long and complicated process, but Stonecroft made it stress free. The Stonecroft team was in constant communication with us and unbelievably responsive to all of our questions and changes. We've been in our home for almost 6 months now and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Stonecroft certainly delivers on their motto of "expect the extraordinary."

I LOVE my Stonecroft home! It is beautiful and well constructed. I’m not exaggerating when I say that EVERYONE who visits, from family & friends, to the UPS driver & cable guy, tells me how much they also love it. David builds with quality and aesthetics in mind. Brock has been such a helpful and available resource during & well after the project was completed. They aim to please!

The team at Stonecroft Homes is exceptional. From the very first meeting with David, I knew I was in great hands and he truly and deeply cared about my home. Stonecroft's attention to detail from the very start was remarkable. I mentioned some heirloom dishes in that first meeting and when I received my first set of drawings they had included a special display area for those dishes. Going through the design process with Jennifer was a breeze and actually a lot of fun. My project manager, Brock, was prompt in returning any call and was actively engaged daily to ensure the project stayed on track and up to Stonecroft's exceptional standard of quality. Overall, building my home with Stonecroft far exceeded my expectations. I would build another home with this team without any hesitation.

I cannot say enough positive things about building with Stonecroft. Stonecroft team go above and beyond in every step of the home building process. They encourage and appreciate customized touches to your home which make every home unique. The personalized attention we received was incredible. They helped us work through decisions. Stonecroft truly appreciate their customers and will do everything possible to make sure they get exactly what they envisioned. We would absolutely use them to build another home.

Building a house with Stonecroft Homes was an incredible experience. The team of professionals are creative, knowledgeable and quality is the norm! We built a 5,500 sf home on a rural lot with no infrastructure. There were many challenges throughout the process but we were able to mutually resolve issues amicably with a team approach. Our home is incredibly beautiful and I love walking in the door every day. Stonecroft is a class act!

I wanted to share my experience working with David, and the Stonecroft team. What I liked most about Stonecroft is they listened to my wife and I's needs and desires, while incorporating them into the design of our home. They payed attention to detail and they shared their ideas and expertise with us, which allowed us to navigate through our wish list. I would recommend David Lutes/Stonecroft to anyone that wants to build a custom, well built home. Him and his team will go above and beyond your expectations and he's a man of his word, which goes a long way in my book.
