Think twice before using this home builder!!! Poor workmanship when painting our interior cabinets, walls, base, molding, and crown. All the paint is peeling, without using a primer or the correct paint. Floor lifting, hot water wired to the toilet, some crooked windows, broken faucet, which they refused to fix because it was from a vendor the company doesn’t deal with directly. Patio door not fitting correctly because the outside patio was off. The builder wanted $2,000.00 to put in our electric fireplace, and the sales rep for the company, put it in for $250.00. Then we wanted an upper and lower deck, the builder wanted $55,000 for everything and we had the framers of the house do everything including the wood for $5500.00. Please due your diligence because it will save you aggravation and heartache. Buyer Beware!!!!

This is the first custom build we have done and the quality of what was delivered far exceed the quality of any spec home we’ve built. Strobel and Associates consistently went above and beyond in building our house. They made sure to communicate every last detail to us during the construction process. The terrain and elevation of the lot was a challenge to build on; however, Bryan and his team tackled the challenge. We made a few changes to the design during construction and they had no issue in making any accommodations we requested. We consistently receive compliments from friends, family, and neighbors on the quality of our home.

Bryan built us a custom home and has been the example of what I would expect from a builder. He is incredibly attentive to detail and produces high quality work. In addition, Bryan is very consultative in his method and allows for his expertise to guide the customer through their idea(s) throughout the building process. He also practices incredible customer service well after closing. I consider myself a friend, not just a customer.

This was our 5th major building project (2 new builds and 3 remodels) with Strobel & Associates, and they have never disappointed. Bryan and his staff are continuing Pete's great legacy. Extremely honest, courteous and attentive. Another great experience.

He shows up to the job site daily, knows exactly what he is doing, stays well organized, and is responsive and always makes himself available anytime we need to meet with him. Building can be stressful, but not with Bryan. One of his biggest positives is his calm demeanor under pressure. He makes the building process easy, relaxed and fun. Building our home with Bryan Strobel was a surprisingly pleasant experience. From day one, he listened to us and worked hard to accommodate our wishes and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! Bryan is a true professional, approachable, and easy to work with. He paid close attention to detail through the building process and was someone we knew we could count on to both advocate for us as his clients and follow through on any and all promises he made. He sets a standard other builders are unable or unwilling to meet; we refer him without hesitation!

Bryan did a great building our home! He was very easy to work with in that he responded quickly to our questions & comments and kept the project moving efficiently. The house was completed right on time. We never felt out of the loop during the building process. Our home is beautiful & we're very glad Bryan built it!

Bryan and his team are outstanding. They did a complete remodel of our master bath. Remodels always have their challenges but the commitment to quality and timely response are critical. His team was available 7 days a week and always had a supportive solution. Another key element for me was the attitude, everything can be handled. You guys rock!
