We just wrapped up a complete remodel of our home in North Boulder and can honestly say we would not have made it through the process without the guidance and support of Laura Ginther of Studio 119. She helped us with every aspect of the remodel: from selecting a contractor to designing an addition, reworking layouts, selecting finishes, selecting paint colors, etc. Laura is an excellent communicator - she is approachable and engaging. We always felt comfortable sharing our ideas with her and knew that she would give her honest and respectful feedback and would not dismiss our ideas, but at the same time would not let us make a mistake. She has great relationships with vendors and contractors and we often relied on her to navigate those relationships. Our remodel turned out beautifully and we now consider Laura a friend. Laura is creative, innovative and a lot of fun to work with! She brings many fresh ideas and is very knowledgable with her designs and the use of technology and communications with contractors. She excels in managing a husband and wife team or partners that need a little help on meeting in the middle. I would say Laura was worth every penny spent!

We worked with Laura on our kitchen remodel and because of her talent and skills, it was transformed into our dream kitchen! We loved working with Laura and had so much designing it with her (we had some very specific ideas) but with her "out of the box" ideas to help solve some challenges, we ended up with a beautiful kitchen that fit our budget. She was organized (tracked all ideas), had mad design skills (showed us renderings and models) and communicated well! We would recommend Laura for any design projects and work with her again!

Laura is an absolute wizard. I loved that she immediately grasped my vision and style; I feel like we were in sync through the entire process. She's extremely knowledgeable, and she patiently and carefully walked me through the things I didn't know that I didn't know. We hired her for design layout, but extended the project to include selecting every single finish. She's really thoughtful and strategic about utility -- "How will this door open? Will it get in your way when you're making toast?" -- and I especially liked having her give me a limited shortlist of options (for ceiling fans, for instance) so I didn't get overwhelmed coming through online retailers. She's highly detail-oriented and noticed (and fixed) some minor mistakes made by contractors (things I never would have seen). She's also delightful to work with. I couldn't recommend her more enthusiastically.

Laura is the best, I could not have finished my unfinished basement without her! She totally understand my style and brings me a few suggestions for each item i.o. of overwhelming me with too many choices. I always love what she picks out, tile, carpet, paint, sinks, etc, I trust her judgement and we always end up loving what she suggests. We love how our basement turned out so much that we are now gutting our kitchen and I would dream of taking on that project with Laura!

Laura created a bathroom design for us; helped pick tile, lighting, appliances; and coordinated installs and other work with our contractor. Of the $30k we spent on the bathroom, hiring a designer was the best choice we made. Laura kept us on task and served as a mediator when there were differences in tile choices, etc. I would highly recommend her. She also created a kitchen design for us, which we plan on using in 2017!

Laura designed our first floor including a new kitchen layout. She is incredibly detailed oriented and thoroughly reviewed the kitchen cabinet and appliance orders, saving us many change fees to have a perfect fit. Laura provided us with several detailed layout and electrical / lighting options. She assisted us in determining wonderful paint colors throughout our home. Laura is very professional always respecting our opinions, as well as, always communicating with our Project Manager. We are now completing our remodel and we would highly recommend Laura Ginther, Studio 119.

I highly recommend Laura. I have worked with her on many projects for over ten years. Her commitment to high quality design and organization make her a joy to work with. I just used her on my personal master bath and laundry remodel projects.

Laura is such a talented designer! She chose most of the finishes for my brand new "Modern Farmhouse" in Boulder and did an amazing job, especially with tile and cabinetry. She worked to make sure the cabinetry was functional and beautiful and specified three tiled walls that are the focal points of the house. I wish my builder had consulted her on more decisions.
