I sold my Saugus home quickly and for $20,000 over list price due to the brilliant Melissa's creative and beautiful staging. Our home looked so stunning after staging, that we seriously considered not selling it. Her choice of colors, furniture, and accessories made our home look like it was straight out of a magazine spread. Our same model down the street sold 2 weeks earlier, and our home sold for $70,000 over their price. Granted, we had a pool, but Melissa's staging made all the difference for us.
