Style Painting

Thanks to James Kim and his Style Painting team for the outstanding exterior paint job they provided. James impressed me with a thorough, customized quote -- it wasn't just a standard blank form with a total price at the bottom... The Style Painting quote listed all the prep work they were going to do in order to provide a professional paint job. I hired them based on that quote -- and they delivered everything they promised. James and his team were reliable, polite, professional, finished on time, and even followed up with me a few months later to make sure I was still happy. Paint job looks great, and next time I need anything painted I'll be calling Style Painting again.

James and his team painted our living/dining room and office walls (2 coats) + trim and baseboards in less than 8 hours. They were professional and reasonably priced. I especially appreciated how neat, tidy, and courteous they were. When we came home, all the furniture they had moved was put back nicely and there was hardly a trace they had been there (except for the brand new paint job)! James was very responsive via email, phone, and text and provided a very comprehensive consultation before we decided to hire him. I would recommend Style Painting to anyone looking for a speedy, friendly, and professional painting team.

James and his team did a fantastic job painting the interior of my home. He also textured one of my walls since it was new drywall. He explained the process to me and made recommendations on the the style and sheen. All I had to do was pick out the color. I would definitely use James' service again!

Why aren't there 10 stars because that's what I need for James at Style Painting! He is the very best. He is a master at color selection which can be very tricky when trying to choose a color from little tiny swatches. When I contacted him in June 2014 I had very carefully selected my paint color after making the living room look like a giant chess board of colors. The painter I hired did exactly what I asked and it was AWFUL! Nothing like the color wanted or thought I picked. When I asked for a redo - at my expense of course - they were already on to other jobs. I called James and begged him to do my project because I had company coming in a week!! He had suggestions other than the wall color (crown moulding and base boards) and it was nothing like I would have picked. I'm glad I trusted him because everyone comments on how beautiful the rooms are. I even had him repaint an accent wall in my dining room because once again I had chosen the wrong color. When he showed me his recommendation I gasped because it was so far from what I thought would work but I trusted him and now everyone wants to know who my designer is. :-) In Feb 2015 he painted my husband's home office and then in March 2015 we remodeled our main bathroom. I trusted him so completely I let him choose the colors. Went to work and came home to my big surprise. Did a major remodel to half our house and once again James came through for us helping my husband and I choose a master bedroom color that we could both agree on which was no small feat!! We don't agree on anything. The creamy white in my new kitchen is a delight everytime I walk in. And in my home office I have an entire wall in black chalkboard. My husband and I have referred him to many of our friends and they love him too. I will never use or recommend anyone but James for all future paint projects. And by the way I've got another paint job planned in a couple of months. Guess who I'm calling??? Style Painting!!
