We've used Sunburst for several years and have always had good experiences with the estimators and installers. We love our wood and faux wood shutters.

We love our Sunburst Shutters. They are beautiful, durable, easy to clean, and give our rooms a classic appearance. The Snow White color option matches our trim color (Decorators White) perfectly. We highly recommend Sunburst. The shutters were ready about 5 weeks from the date of our order. Our installer, Ron, did a great job. He was on time, efficient, and explained how to operate and clean the shutters.

I am totally thrilled with my Sunburst Shutters, which just got installed a couple of hours ago! Steve, who came to measure and give us a quote, was professional and so easy to work with, and the pricing was excellent. We were told a 4 - 6 week install, but right on 4 weeks the installers, who are Sunburst employees (and not contractors from a foreign country!) arrived at exactly the time we had been told. They were courteous, obviously very experienced, and three windows in the living room and one window in the dining room were all completed in about an hour. The installers even showed us how to adjust the louvers for the best control of light. The shutters themselves are top quality with the most beautiful, smooth finished frame, and we chose the wood-grain look louvers which look wonderful. We have three more windows in the house and I will be calling Steve to come and measure for those very, very soon. I cannot recommend Sunburst Shutters enough -- from start to finish they have been top of the line.
