Mr. Christ is a rarity in customer service these days. He years of experience, professional manner and accuracy was beyond my expectations. He completed my installation in a a time line promised. He answered all our questions and gave incite into what we were to expect from the project. Of all the people I have dealt with in home projects, he rates on the top of the list. Sunburst Shutters is a great company and should be very proud of his professional service. We had all our windows enhanced with shutters.

George Christ at Sunburst was very helpful in helping us choose the right shutters for our windows and did the installation himself. Very professional and we are very pleased with the quality of the shutters and installation. They arrived in the timeline George that told us they would. 100% satisfied.

We just had shutters installed and will be recommending this company to all of our friends and neighbors. Dawn and George are an excellent team and made the whole project go smoothly and with no issues. George was very helpful during the consultation answering all of our questions. The shutters we chose came with a frame which I had forgotten about until the installation. The shutters function beautifully but the frame is really the finishing touch. They make each window look larger and have a "finished" look. We had the shutters also put on our patio door and they are wonderful. We were so pleased with the whole process and the end result that we are having them put shutters on our remaining windows and a 2nd patio door. Dawn and George are both very dedicated and easy to work with. We love the new shutters and how much they have improved the appearance of our windows and the ease of use!! They are worth every penny and we know they have increased the value of our home.

George and the Team at Sunburst Shutters did an excellent job of completing our Cafe shutter project recently. They made and installed shutters in our living room, kitchen and bath rooms. They were custom made to fit and professionally installed. George was a pleasure to work with and clearly an expert on his product as well as, what was available in the market. Great process throughout. The rep came right out to the house with samples of the options, helped me determine which would be the best fit for our lifestyle and budget and once I decided took all of the pertinent measurements. The shutter itself was available early, install was set up quickly and the actual time to install the unit was less than 20 minutes. All in all my wife and I couldn't be happier.

Working with the people at Sunburst Shutters was an excellent experience from beginning to end. Consults and measures were always on time, incredibly efficient and knowledge of products was deep. My shutters and shades were available sooner that projected and Dawn was helpful in scheduling the perfect install date. Jake, the installer, worked with the same proficiency and level of expertise that I'd become accustomed to with George and Dawn. He hung our shutters and shades in clean, quiet and very professional manner. They look BEAUTIFUL! There was some difficulty with one of the shutters not fitting properly and it had to be reinstalled a few days later, but it was done very easily and I really didn't mind waiting because I was so pleased with all the rest! I'm very confident that if I have any future issues, that Jake will be out in a flash to make sure things are totally as they should be. I LOVE my Sunburst Shutters, the product is excellent, and also the entire experience of working with this high quality group of people was amazing.

Very professional organization. They drove 4 hours north of the cities to measure, then came back in about 3 weeks for the installation. The shades look great and do a great job of blocking out the afternoon sun.
