Purchased a dining room set with 6 leather chairs about 18 months ago the so called leather is beyond cheap all 6 of them split all in the same area this is what you call CHEAP leather and no one will stand behind it, I purchased at City furniture and there respond is nothing we can do. I spent a lot of money on this set, like i said if its good leather this should have never happened this was beyond cheap leather, I also called Sunpan Modern Home in Ontario Canada, and that also didn't want to know anything. This set wasn't in any direct sunlight either. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY If i could give a below zero i would. also i saw on one of there other reviews a customer looks like they had the same thing happen as me. Let that tell you something.

Our faux leather chairs are only a couple years old, in a really low traffic area, and not used often. They’re falling apart to the point where they need replaced. They say to put them in a spot with no direct sunlight; the spot we have them in has a house and trees blocking the majority of the light. Maybe the chairs would have lasted if put in a basement, but for this price point I wouldn’t want to take the risk. Given how little these were used and how much of their furniture uses this same material, I suspect they’ve had this issue a lot; however, the company won’t offer any support or suggestions if you’re past the one year mark.

I am an interior designer. I previously often used Sunpan products in my designs. On November 28, 2022, I ordered a coffee table for a client and a rug for myself. The tracking information from UPS showed only ONE item. This was confusing to me as it should have been two items. I had scheduled delivery through my receiving and delivery company. As soon as the delivery arrived to them, the Owner promtply notified me that the rug never showed up with the shipment. They also sent me a picture of the delivery. When I wrote to Sunpan, I was told that the rug should have been in the shipment with the coffee table. I was told by Sunpan that they would not send a replacement. I did some further investigation, and we were able to contact and meet with Sunpan’s shipper, TForce Freight. They provided footage of when they received the package from Sunpan in SLC on 1/9/2023 at 12 am and there was NEVER a rug with the shipment. ONLY the coffee table. I had proof from UPS of only one item (no rug). Proof from Sunpans freight company of only ONE item (no rug) and proof from my receiver of only ONE item (no rug). It was a loss to me of approximately $1300. I have tried to work with your claims department and have not gotten anywhere. Horrible Customer Service and you take a chance you will lose money! Do not recommend.

I bought the large concrete table. The first table was broken. The second table they sent they only sent the bottom. The table scratches very easy and stains very easy there is no care instructions on the website not comes with the table.

Have been purchasing from Sunpan for 10 years. Always a delight to deal with and extremely professional. I love that they always are on the ball with current trends and the price point you can't beat!!! Love them!!!
