I would not recommend this builder. Our project went over budget and they don’t pay their contractors. Several of our contractors have taken them to small claims court. Difficult to deal with and like others still dealing with deficiencies one year after completion. Builder didn’t even show up for our occupancy permit meeting with the area inspector.

We had a difficult build with Sunterra. Our 2 story house with a walk out basement was started in October 2016 and we didn't take possession until August 2018. Almost 2 years. Sometimes there were months without any work done. We needed to take possession and in my opinion things were still rushed ex; interrior painting, door knobs, water heater, electrical wiring, septic system, were not up to par with the rest of the work. It also took us 5 years to have 3 sets of French doors replaced because of their poor installation. They did finally replace them correctly and that was a great relief. I have to admit that I've good things about them more re ently.

After reviewing some of there homes and renovations, we really liked the quality and style that Sunterra Custom Homes was building...Sunterra also wins awards every year for renos and new homes they have completed.. I have worked in the construction building townhouses and condos for over 45 years so when we wanted to build our retirement home in Vernon- Sunterra was an excellent choice... Ranvir is very hands on and uses highly skilled tradesmen. The office staff and the people in the field are very professional and helpful. Sunterra gave us a budget guide line and a schedule for building the home. They were on schedule for the whole project with hardly any issues which were resolved in a timely fashion. We would not hesitate to recommend Sunterra for any renovation or building a new home.

We picked Sunterra for their modern/contemporary design style. We did a complete reno on a older home and added a small amount of square footage. Ranvir was there to help up every step of the way. He has a great eye for detail. If I had a question or concern he came to the house and addressed it right away. I am proud to say that he entered the final project pictures into the Tommie Awards and we won a GOLD! I would recommend Sunterra and would definitely use them again in any projects I do.

Design Evolution Enterprises Inc

Sunterra Homes was chosen by my client after much of the design had already been completed. I had never worked with Ranvir before and as such was a little wary of how the process would go since we got him involved a little late in the design development. It turned out that my fears were completely unjustified. Ranvir and the crew at Sunterra Homes were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ranvir was knowledgeable about all details related to construction and also has an incredible eye for detail. He made suggestions that not only worked with the overall design but complemented what we had already done. I will happily refer Sunterra Homes to my future clients.
