Dan and his team have done multiple projects at our home, including total bathroom remodels, new plumbing throughout our home, hardy plank, new windows and doors, flooring, painting, tile work, electrical and design. They are honest, hard working and extremely talented. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Dan White/Superior Exterior has completed several renovations on 2 different houses over the past 5 years for my husband and I. Each time, we have been very pleased, and obviously, we are repeat customers! Dan has a wealth of experience with remodeling many west Memorial area homes built in the 1960-70's. He has an eye for detail and has often made suggestions to improve our plans! I met with Dan White, the owner, for an estimate to do a major remodel after significant water damage from a leak. I had what I thought was a good meeting with him. He said all the right things: experience working with insurance companies, knowledge of the area and vendors, and the type of aesthetic I wanted to achieve. I told him that I needed the estimate particularly quickly but he insisted that he needs until the following week. We ended the meeting with him asking me to send him the insurance adjustor's report and that he will get back to about his estimate after several days later. I sent him the report right away and even followed up with a call later (got his vm) to ask him to update me right away even if he doesn't want to take on the project so I can proceed with my alternatives without delay. It is now several days following when he said he would get back to me and I have not heard anything back from him or his company since our meeting. I tried emailing, texting, calling his number as well as his office in the past few days and never heard anything back. I really don't have to work with him, and it's better that I know his (lack of) communication style before working with him. But it is extremely unprofessional of him to leave me waiting on him and not even let me know that he doesn't intend on taking on my project especially after I told him of my urgency. Superior has great reviews here which is why I contacted them and gave them the benefit of the doubt when I didn't hear back the first couple of days, but I think it's fair that people know about the way they conduct their business.

I've worked with Superior Exterior on numerous projects over the past 12 months. They are very professional. They are wonderful to work with. They are committed to providing quality work. And they treat their contractors and subcontractors with great respect.

The Superior Exterior team did a fantastic job on two remodeling projects we've completed over the past three years. They're easy to work with, start to finish. The software application they use keeps everyone organized and on the same page. They pulled city permits, worked well with our designer, and even got engineering plans drawn up when we decided on a more complicated ceiling. Plus the "warranty" list on the website makes it easy to address issues that crop up toward the end of any project. Great team to work with.

Dan White and his team at Superior Exterior brought our 50-year old home into the 21st century during a major renovation in 2013-2014. The first night my husband and I sat down in our newly completed kitchen, we actually wept with joy. The project was a rather unique design for our area, contemporary in a more traditional neighborhood, and Dan approached these challenges, not only willingly, but with huge enthusiasm. We had worked with an amazing design firm, RD Architecture, and Dan complemented their designs and our desires with many innovative and creative suggestions of his own, whereby the project became a true collaboration of forces. For instance, he studied a photo of a window trim treatment we wanted, researched, and came up with a technique to give us exactly what we were looking for. In finishing our walls, he made sure that we got the very specific smooth texture we requested. And they even built us dressers from the beautiful rift-sawn oak we used for our cabinetry. Every detail and request honored, and as we know, God’s in those details. Dan’s pricing was very fair and competitive, and his team of employees and subcontractors were conscientious, trustworthy and hardworking. And his team were such nice guys and a pleasure to have around, which is a great gift when you’re involved in a long-term project. Amazing cabinet workers, tile and flooring specialists, finish team, granite-work, and glass-installers, really just on and on. When the unexpected happened, as it inevitably does in construction projects, the snafus were met with immediate attention, equanimity, congeniality and kindness. We highly recommend Dan White and Superior Exterior. They made our dreams of a Dream House come true, and made even the most stressful days fun. So happy we made this choice. And now every night, my husband comes home, looks around, smiles and says “I can’t believe that we live here.” It’s gorgeous; it’s perfect for us. A simply superior job.

We hired Superior Exterior/Dan White on more than one occasion. The largest involved interior and exterior renovations. On time and on budget, always. Guided us through the processes including design ideas. Kept us from making HUGE mistakes (i.e. saved us from accidently painting our entire exterior a ghastly color). If you think you might save a few dollars with another company, I assure, it will cost you in the end. Superior Exterior is priced fairly, delivers 'superior' results and like us, you will call them for your next project. Superior Exterior remodeled our kitchen. Dan White is extremely knowledgeable about color and current design trends. He could envision something so much better then we ever dreamed of doing and it all came together beautifully. Not all contractors will give their opinion on color, design, etc. because they don't have that knowledge to give. Superior Exterior gave us great advice and we loved the finished product.
