Our firm started in 2000 by staging vacant luxury homes listed for sale. As our reputation grew for powerfully helping to accelerate languid sales cycles through enhanced visualization, we soon expanded to include apartment buildings and condo conversions. Our expertise increased as we assisted developers in design and construction over a 2 year span of 600 condo conversion units located in the western US as well as profiting from home remodels and flipping projects. We are currently engaged in this same process, having amassed a network of architects, suppliers and contractors that fit into our very specific results-oriented business model all contributing towards amazing outcomes for our clients within budget as well as on time.
