We are a full scope Design | Build team offering integrated Design + General Contractor services and together we possess over half a century of residential design and construction experience. We have been remodeling and building homes in the Seattle area since 1989, and each and every home was completed with our personal, hands-on attention and carefully detailed workmanship. L4 Design Build were outstanding! They remodeled our outdated kitchen, took it down to the studs and all in just seven weeks! Suzy and Bill are professional, honest, creative and FUN! The bid was spot on and made our kitchen our happy place!

L4 Design helped us remodel two condos in downtown Seattle. Both were damaged by a water leak and everything gutted and replaced with new materials for flooring, walls and ceilings, kitchens and bathrooms. From start to finish they worked with us to pick out materials, offer design ideas, and guide us through the process of the remodel and repair of our properties. Susan was patient, professional, thorough, and detail oriented in making sure we were happy with finished homes. One year later, they were there to check up on their work and make sure we were happy.
