My pool renovation was complete July 2025. I replaced the plaster, tile, coping on my 30 year old pool. I picked out the materials I’d use in the showroom. Matt helped and always got back to meet with any concerns. Everything was done in time for summer and I am very happy with how it came out. It looks like a brand new pool. I had a recent concern with thinking I had a leak and a service man , Mike, was sent out. He listened and assured me that it was most likely the dry spell and cold nights that caused so much evaporation. He also was very knowledgeable about other things as well. He gave me quite a few pointers about pool care . I was so impressed with this young man’s knowledge and politeness. He took alot of time to explain things. Swim Mor is a great company. Swim mor pools designed, and built our pool in September 2021. The staff/crew were amazing and professional. We also have them take care of our weekly maintenance throughout the season of our dream pool and have been 100% satisfied. Use your money with another company, don’t repeat our mistake. We had our pool renovation project with Swim-Mor in fall of 2022. Sharing some result of horrible re-plastering work - uneven edges of the steps and the shoddy tile work at the edge of the steps. Also sharing how blue stone replacement was done on the existing waterfall feature - not covering the structure. There are other issues as well.

Chis will be super nice and responsive before you sign the contract and pay main amount.... They will be in super rush to schedule excavation, cause that's when you paying 50% of the contract and then in super rush with gunite shell, that's when you paying another 45% of the amount. As soon as they got 95% of the of the contract, they are not in rush and it will take forever! They guarantee to finish everything in 45 days and you have contract with guarantee for 45 days, but it's just a promise... We have pool construction started March 8, today is May 28 and they are not even close to finish it. We have this mess for almost 3 months and no one really care, they got your money... Ooh, and it's actually smaller then supposed to be. We extended size for 100sq ft and they charged extra $1,700. Now pool is 18ft wide instead of 19ft. When I emailed Chris about it, he said about reasonable tolerance... Seriously? Look for some other company. Don't waste your money, nerves and time!

They built our pool. they did a great job and very professional.We are very happy with our pool and their work.

Had swimmor install an in ground pool and they did a terrific job. Pool is beautiful and we have gotten nothing but compliments from friends and family.
