Ordered an Bullfrog Spa from Kyle. We went in one day searching for a replacement spa. Kyle helped us with all our questions. Over the next few weeks he continued to answer any questions we had until we made our decision. Delivery went well, even with an issue it was resolved quickly. A professional crew from start to finish. Swim Things was wonderful to work with through the whole 4 month process. From buying the tub to getting our deck reinforced to handle the hot tub weight. We live 2.5 hours from Swim Things. Kyle said him and his crew would be there at 9, and they showed at 8:45. The crane was there and setting the tub went very smoothly. Kyle was finished by 11:45. He explained everything and took all the time we needed to feel confident that we knew how to maintain the hot tub. In the 6 weeks since Kyle was here we've called a couple of times and Kyle has been very patient and has answered all our questions. In the future if there is anything we need that Swim Things can provide they will get our business. Well done Swim Things.
