Throughout the entire home building process, Mike was professional, personable, and would always communicate any detail, large or small, so there was no room for confusion. I started working with Mike at Kachina Custom Homes last August for a new home at Sonoran Desert Preserve. Mike made the process easy and was great at regularly tagging up for major milestones and decision points for the home. Mike was always available for questions or to talk through ideas and provided quick responses via email or text. The home came in on schedule and on budget. I've lived in my home for just over a month and I love it. While I don't plan to move for a long time, I would definitely contact Mike again for a new home project. He takes great pride in his work and the overall project and it shows!

Mike built our home in an amazingly short period of time, given the size and complexity of the project. During the design process, we discussed several different styles and methods, with a lot of moving parts in that process. He seemed familiar with every concept we threw at him, and when the time came to build our home, we found out that his breadth of experience was impressive indeed. He is a perfectionist overall, but particularly so when it came to finish items. His experience and attention to detail impressed me, and I highly recommend his company.
