We had high hopes for Synergy Builders, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing, primarily because of their design process. There was very little true consultation, conversation, or collaboration regarding the design. We came in expecting a team that would listen to our ideas and help create a kitchen tailored to our family's needs. Instead, it often felt like we were being pushed through a predetermined process rather than participating in a collaborative one. We paid $2,500 for design drawings that ultimately felt mediocre and lacked creativity or individuality. To make matters worse, after the drawings were completed, a trades group came out and determined that parts of the proposed design were not even feasible. That was incredibly frustrating after investing both time and money. Before we even had a finalized, workable design, we were being asked to select appliances, countertops, finishes, and other materials. It made no sense to make expensive product decisions when the layout itself was still unresolved. Budget was another major issue. We were very clear about our budget from the beginning, yet the proposal came back dramatically over what we had discussed. Rather than designing within our financial goals, it felt as though our budget was treated as an afterthought. Overall, the design lacked originality, the communication felt one-sided, and the process left us feeling unheard. For the premium price Synergy charges, we expected a collaborative design experience that balanced creativity, practicality, and budget. Instead, we received a process that felt rigid and disconnected from our needs. Based on our experience, I would encourage anyone considering Synergy Builders to carefully evaluate their design process before committing. There are companies that provide far more collaborative planning, more thoughtful designs, and better value for your investment.

We just completed a basement renovation with Synergy Builders. I can’t say enough good things about their company and their work. They finished our basement and added a full bathroom. They have good people that are attentive and hard working. Our questions were always addressed. The project was on time and on budget. Synergy Builders was a great company to work with when we remodeled our kitchen and refinished the hardwood flooring in our home. We highly recommend them. Of the five contractors we interviewed and got estimates from, we chose Synergy because of their professionalism, experience, and their competitive initial price quote. They also had a very clear process for handling change orders. Synergy was expert and courteous in their approach. Megan, our kitchen designer, made suggestions that proved to be important to the aesthetic and function of our kitchen and the look of our flooring. Daryl and Kenny, our project managers, were on top of every step of the process. They stayed on schedule and kept us informed all along the way. We have never worked with builders before who were as hard working and meticulous as they were. They were prompt to answer our questions and communicate with subcontractors as needed. The subcontractors involved in the job really took pride in their work and did an amazing job. Kama at Ultimate Stone, Marcos who did the tile backsplash, and the plumbing crew were outstanding. The Amish community that built our rift cut white oak cabinets made them perfectly to measure. A special shout out to Daniel, who refinished our hardwood floors and feathered in sections of new flooring. He was open to providing us with many samples of stains to choose from, advising us on our choices, and was meticulous about every aspect of the job. Overall, we are very pleased with our kitchen and flooring, and with our decision to choose Synergy Builders to do the job. We would certainly consider them for any future remodeling jobs.

We had 3 large projects completed by Synergy Builders. While we quoted each project with multiple contractors, we chose Synergy each time and we are happy with our decisions. We found them very easy to work with and flexible. During the designing phase, they asked us what we wanted, they provided ideas when we asked and they kept us on track from a timing perspective. During construction, you never know what surprises you run into but each time our project manager, Mark would talk it through with us and we’d agree on a plan forward. Lastly, every person that came into our house was friendly, respectful and clean.

My husband and I used Synergy Builders to remodel our master bathroom. We appreciated their top quality, selective showroom with a professional designer to help make choices that would blend existing features with those that were to be replaced. They suggested ideas to open up our shower area that had not even occurred to us. It all turned out beautifully. We’re most impressed with the quality workmanship and excellent coordination through the entire process. Brad S was our project manager and kept us well informed and listened carefully to our needs and questions throughout each step. Remodeling can be extremely stressful, however, using Synergy made this process so much easier. Highly recommended.

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Synergy Builders. I've utilized their electrical promotion to update all electrical throughout the house. I found Nick and his crew very knowledgeable on all stages of the process. From the first day he was always available if I had and questions or concerns. He asked a lot of questions to make sure both "my wants" and "my needs" reflected in final product. There are really not enough "Thank you's" for the great job they did! But here's one more... "Thank you Synergy Builders!" I love all the updates in the house!

I contacted Synergy to help with a four seasons room that needed some repairs. While their team could not take on the work themselves they were more than willing to take the time and effort to discuss my problem with me and talk through possible solutions that I could do myself. I truly appreciated that they went out of their way to help me even though there wasn’t anything in it for them financially. It’s a good sign of a company that really cares about their customers.

Synergy was great to work with. We have hired them twice. Once to convert a porch into a three seasons room and most recently for a complete kitchen gut and remodel. Their pricing was competitive with the other design build firms we interviewed. The quality of the work was excellent. We really enjoyed working with our project manager who was very responsive and made sure all our concerns were addressed with 100% satisfaction. Both our projects were completed on time and one budget. I will plan to hire them for future projects.

We have used Synergy Builders on three occasions and cannot say enough of their ability to create beautiful spaces. Their collaboration within the company is second to none! Colleen was our designer and we could not have been happier with her design abilities, professionalism and her patience! We were lucky to have her on this extensive project! Our Project Supervisor Eric was superb in every aspect! He carried his professionalism throughout the project all while maintaining a calmness that I've never seen before in renovation work. If there was a problem, it was taken care of in an expedited manner with excellent communication. It's been almost a year since the project was started and everything is still as if it was new! Kate was my designer and she took extra good care of my wants/needs when we first planned this renovation. From beginning to end I felt like my project was their first priority! Everyone from Synergy who was involved did an excellent job!

It was a pleasure working with Synergy. From the initial design to the finished product we were at ease with Synergy and the trades that came to our home. We were lucky enough to get Kate as our designer. Her eye and attention to design detail is a primary reason why we are so elated with the outcome. Brad, our project manager, was very approachable, and kept us at a priority status, making sure every detail was done to our satisfaction. He kept everything moving along even when we had unexpected modifications like the need to order a new specialty window in the middle of the project. The area was always kept neat and clean which was especially appreciated since it was a suite bathroom and we still slept in the bedroom. All this coupled with a 3 year warranty makes Synergy an easy recommendation.

We had been thinking of finishing our basement and attended a Synergy seminar held at the Carillon Club. We were very impressed with the presentation. After some searching and thought we signed a contract with Synergy. Great move on our part. A well organized team took over and the project moved along like clockwork from design through finish. We contracted with Synergy for a large home addition project which included a master bedroom, bath and laundry room. After meeting with four different builders, we decided to go with the Synergy team and couldn't be more pleased. They are a one stop shop with a project developer, architect, designer and project manager all under one roof and all working for you. No project ever goes off without a hitch, but any issues or concerns that came up were promptly addressed and always taken care of to our satisfaction.

From the sales person, Brian, to the designer, Colleen, to the project manager, Eric - even the owner, Steve, - everyone one was very approachable, accommodating and customer focused. This was the first time working with a builder and the rapport with the staff of Synergy was the reason I hired them. Our thanks to Synergy Builders for such a great experience finishing our basement. They are such a professional company and the workers are all very courteous and professional. We had a very definite budget for this project after building a new home and they worked with us to build what we wanted within that budget. We were amazed by the finishing details and the quality of their work. They stay right on schedule and kept us updated every step of the way. They use a great application called Builder Trend that allowed us to know the schedule every day and to know what to expect and when. In the future we would use them again and recommend them to anyone!

We hired Synergy to remodel our master suite - updating the original 1970s bath and turning the little-used sitting room into more closet space. They are by far the most professional of the companies we had bid on our project. John did a great job of listening to our "wants" and working with the team to create a design that transformed our space within our budget. Their design process includes several checkpoints along the way so there are no surprises. Our designer, Kate, was fabulous at helping us choose fixtures and finishes in our price range. They have a communication process tailored to your need for information, whether you want daily updates or just "as needed" during construction. The construction crews worked efficiently, cleaned up daily, and did not interfere with the rest of the house. We are delighted with our new bathroom and closets, and would highly recommend Synergy!

We hired Synergy to add a great room to our house, convert our former family room into a mudroom/laundry room, add hardwood floors to the entire first floor of our house and add a backyard patio and fire pit. We are thrilled with the result and the workmanship! From the very beginning, Synergy came up with creative and knowledgeable ideas in terms of design and materials. One of the owners (John) worked with us in preparing very detailed drawings upfront of exactly what would be done so that the price estimate of this significant project was exactly what we paid at the end. And when we decided to add some things midstream, Synergy gladly accommodated us. They have a wonderful product showroom with samples of flooring, cabinets, etc. so that we only had to go to one place to pick out the materials. Their designer Colleen was very helpful with product selection. During the construction phase, all of the contractors were very respectful that their workplace was our living space. And their main carpenter/jack-of-all-trades Bill was fantastic and accommodating to our last-minute ideas and suggestions as the project was finishing up. We love our new living spaces!

When asked to critique the remodel of my master suite once it was completed in my home , I was more than happy to do so. Having Synergy Builders involved in this construction project was a very positive experience. My husband and I sought out three estimates from the start but found that even though Synergy was not the cheapest proposal, in conversing with John, we felt comfortable with his ideas and assurances of how the project would proceed. I had a pretty good idea of how I wanted the layout to look. We had a master bath and a dressing area that was , for us, wasted space. When I presented to John, my ideas for a larger master bath along with a walk in closet, he took the ideas , came up with a plan and expanded upon it. Mark, the project manager , Colleen and the rest of the team moved walls, plumbing and electrical to make this space far more functional. Colleen was incredibly helpful to me as I have no talent when it comes to design. At times, I had to turn over design ideas to her and she was able to put together a look that reflected my taste, with ease. The gentleman who was the carpenter on site had the task of putting in a laundry chute and I have to say his former math teachers would be proud. He figured out the perfect angle to get it to work. In terms of communication, they were very clear from the get go that my comfort level was what mattered. I found that in general, phone calls and emails were answered promptly. I also found the team to be very courteous. When there were glitches along the way , as there usually are, this team worked quickly to rework plans or redo anything that was just not working correctly. Each time I walk into my master suite, I have to say I couldn’t be happier. It is now a place that is relaxing and functional. As it should be.

Synergy transformed THREE rooms in our home, in less than 12 weeks! Our 1500sf basement was completely finished, our "laundry room" was made into a mudroom (laundry is now in the basement), and a great room off of our family room was made into a PUB, complete with a custom built in bar. Every single employee/contractor that came into our home was kind, considerate, trustworthy and amazingly talented. Our next projects are sure to be handed to Synergy, We recommended them to neighbors, and received a VISA gift card just for doing so. The best part was outstanding communication with our Project Manager, and a full schedule of dates for each project given to us at the start. No project begins until ALL materials are at their warehouse, so there is never a delay due to waiting for materials (other than a change order). We just love our spaces!

A few years ago, Synergy was the company who finish our basement and we still couldn't be happier with the results. So when it came time to remodel the kitchen, there was no other than company than Synergy to do the work. They delivered everything that was promised on time and everyone was so nice to work with. It has been 2 months since the completion of the kitchen and not a day goes by that I admire my beautiful kitchen. No regrets here!!!!

We met with two other contractors before deciding on Synergy to renovate our kitchen. One of the reasons we felt Synergy was excellent was their willingness to work with us in our budget. When looking at design options and then cabinet/counter options post design, they kept us in our budget range and openly let us know what would cause costs to go up and down. Nothing unexpected popped up in the entire process. During the project you choose your method of contact. We appreciated that we could mainly use text and email with our busy schedules. The Project Manager was always available to answer questions and meet on site if we wanted to review a piece of the project. I worked from home once a week and I always felt comfortable with the people working in our house, along with the days we weren't at home. The outcome of our kitchen renovation is beautiful. It is above and beyond what we imagined. I truly believe their entire team helped us get to this final point and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

I interviewed two different compainies before hiring Synergy, and I made the right decision. I met with John and was very happy with our initial meeting, he put me at ease and actually listened to what I wanted and worked within our budget. We did some things on our own in an effort to keep cost down which was great. We had them finish our basement and they patched and prepped another wall in our house which needed to be fixed for some time. Every question or issue that I had they were prompt and courteous in fixing it or addressing it. There was only one issue that is during mudding & taping there were issues. Everything was cleaned up at the end of day, my basement looks great and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We hired Synergy to build out our basement. They were extremely professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. The end result was exactly what my husband and I had hoped for. They have wonderful insight into design, and construction. We would definitely engage them for another future project.

My wife and I chose Synergy Builders to redo our kitchen after investigating many contractors over a period of eighteen months. In the end we were very pleased with our choice. From start to finish, Synergy exhibited a professional attitude which was reflected in all that they and their crews did. John and Meghan were fantastic in helping us make our selections for finishes. We both loved being able to make all our selections at the Synergy Showroom. Other contractors wanted us to go to various suppliers and make these selections on our own. Being able to see all our selections for cabinets, flooring, countertop and back splash together in one space and be able to discuss ideas and choices with a highly trained designer was a priority for us and Synergy met this priority. The job took nine weeks to the day to complete. Synergy took great care to ensure that the rest of our home was protected from the construction dust and dirt during the entire process. The various crews that cane to do the work were professional and respectful. Our project manager, Danny, was attentive to our questions and took quick action whenever we had a concern to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. When the job was nearing completion, Steve came to our home to see if we were satisfied with the job and to receive any feedback that we might have to offer. He also presented us with our three-year warranty for the completed work. In the end, we have a beautiful, updated kitchen with all the mechanicals up to current code. We have received nothing but compliments from our friends and family as we have proudly showed then our new space. We recommend Synergy Builders without reservation for any home remodeling project! they are fantastic!

Working with Synergy for our kitchen remodel was a great experience. From our 1st meeting with John we felt that Synergy’s approach was a good fit. They took the time to find out our style and how we wanted to use the space. Nicole did an excellent job with the design and was a great help with picking out appliances, and finishes. Both Nicole and John listened to our concerns, wants and needs, and were able to make our kitchen a wonderful space. Our project manager Eric was great as he kept us informed and would make sure we were happy with the work. We had a detailed timeline of the schedule and more importantly we were kept informed of any schedule change. All the contractors were great, very professional and cleaned up before they would leave for the day. There is always something that comes up during a remodel, and when we ran into an issue with the counter top Synergy made sure it was taken care of without any hesitation. They wanted to make sure we were completely happy with the result. Synergy has very high standards for their work and they really care about the end result and clients’ complete satisfaction. We would strongly recommend Synergy to our friends and neighbors and they would be the first on our list for any of our future remodeling needs.

We had an excellent experience working with Synergy Builders. Their professionalism, high quality, and commitment to the customer was clear in all phases of the project. We would recommend them and hire them again. We hired them to convert our screened porch into a three seasons room. The project involved framing, track window installation, porcelain flooring, stucco wall, French doors, electrical work. What really set them apart compared to the other builders we interviewed was their effort to really understand how we intended to use the room, what features we desired, and what styles we liked/disliked. They were able to recommend solutions/approaches that we did not think of and often they turned out better than I expected. The team was great at communicating, they kept me up to speed and were quick to respond to questions. The work was completed with a high degree of quality and the job site was kept clean with no landscaping being disturbed. We ended up spending a little more on the project than we wanted to, but we felt it was worth it because we were getting everything we wanted in the design. The project also took a couple of weeks longer than planned due to late deliveries of building materials.

From initial conversations through design planning and execution, Synergy Builders transformed our cluttered basement into a finished space with a bedroom, bathroom, kids' nook and ample living space -- approximately 1,000 square ft. We were thrilled by how professional and personable every person was on the Synergy team. They were a joy to work with throughout the project. Their pledge for outstanding communication was exceeded. Not only did they finish the basement ahead of schedule, the final product looks wonderful! We recommend Synergy Builders enthusiastically for jobs of any size.

Synergy Builders just completed a remodel of our kitchen. Complete gut job with redesign of kitchen. It looks fabulous. Our relatives and friends cannot believe it is the same space - they all think we increased the footage but we did not. They took an 80's kitchen and made it marvelous! It's very open, with beautiful cabinets, granite, hardwood floors and a gorgeous back splash. Synergy Builders was the third company we met with and based on their stellar reviews and professionalism witnessed in our initial meeting, we decided to choose them on our home remodel project. Ours was a large project and the first one we were tackling. I am very happy Synergy worked with us on our entire home renovation and made us feel comfortable with the choice we made in choosing a builder! The entire staff from owners down to office staff is professional and easy to work with. As with any large project, there were a couple of hiccups but they were discussed and handled fairly by Synergy. I will and have already recommended them highly to others when asked if I know of a good builder. I would feel confident in working with them again.

What stood out most and set Synergy apart from everyone else was their vision. We had 3 other contractors come over and asked us what we wanted and some didn't even follow up. A few of the other companies looked at our basement and told us it was already finished! Nobody understood what we were aiming for - but Synergy did! They nailed it! Most people want a gourmet kitchen - we wanted a "gourmet basement". When Brian arrived he took a refreshing new approach. Instead of asking us for specifics - he asked what we GENERALLY wanted in the final space - and then said he and the design team would work to construct a few different ideas and come back to us with suggestions and recommendations. And they delivered in a big way. The design stage was incredible, with each detail being worked out to ensure the final product was perfection. Once the construction started, each contractor was polite, friendly, respectful and easy to work with. Everyone was great - we enjoyed having them in our home everyday. By the time everything was complete - we have a basement that is unlike any I've ever seen, and we use it 7 days a week. It's our favorite level of our home! I don't know when we will do our next remodel - but whenever we do, Synergy will be the only company we call. Everything about them is basically perfection!

I used Synergy to re-finish my basement after the float on my sump pump failed. I would definitely recommend Synergy to anyone looking for extremely friendly and highly skilled professionals. I couldn't be happier with the process and how my basement turned out. It's our favorite room in the house now!

This is the second time I have brought Synergy Builders into my home (1960s split level), that should speak for itself. First job involved finishing the basement by gutting it, moving walls and plumbing, and designing a space to live in, another for laundry, and a third for utilities. The job was finished on time and within budget. Job two: shower floor cracked. I never intended to take on the task of gutting two bathrooms as I was afraid of construction, picking out materials, and a long delayed project. After meeting with the owner we decided to gut both bathrooms, move walls around to make them bigger all at the same time. Our site manager was a total blessing (Steve) as he came in and narrowed down all the selections making the process as pain-free as a construction process can be. His work ethic, professionalize, and willingness to listen went beyond what I expected. Thank you! My only regret is that I didn't have Synergy remodel my bathrooms years ago. Job came in on budget and on time. I highly recommend them.

In November, 2014 Synergy Builders completed a major renovation of my kitchen, family room, entrance foyer and painted all rooms including the living room and dining room. From the onset of the project they carefully listened to me explain my budget, ideas, daily life living habits/needs, and desired outcome for this project. They provided me with excellent guidance and support in picking out all of the materials for the floors, cabinets, counters, sink, hardware, appliances, paint, etc. Throughout the project, every individual I worked with was very professional, they provided me with regular updates and they were very responsive any time I reached out to them with questions. All of their work was top notch and I could not be happier. Despite some challenges found within my older home, they stayed within my budget and met the deadline offered up front. I will never use any other company to do work like this around my home and I HIGHLY recommend Synergy to anyone who is considering having work done on their own home.

We had a positive experience having Synergy do our kitchen update. They installed new countertops, cooktop, sink, faucets and disposal. Their price was competitive and they stayed within their cost and time-frame estimates. Sharon, our project developer, guided us along every step of the way and helped us pick out the perfect piece of granite for our kitchen. She always took the time to answer our questions and ensure we were comfortable with their process. Quality work was done by all members of their team and the sub-contractors they hired. We ended up having a couple of issues, but they were addressed and corrected in a timely manner. We would definitely consider them for any future projects we may have.

We are wrapping up a total gut overhaul of our 1988 hall bathroom and new vanity in the master bath, and are thrilled with the result! We now have the serene, spa-like bath we had hoped for. Synergy was recommended by a trusted neighbor and also received many thumbs up in our neighborhood Facebook group. Rod, our designer, was so easy to work with as we made our way through the selection of the various materials and finishes. On-site, everyone was very professional and respectful of our home: from the electricians who had to snake new wires through two stories to upgrade the electrical in the bath to meet current code, to the tile man who gave us gorgeous niches in the tub/shower surround, and the painters who had a challenge with our skylight tube. Mark V. the project manager kept everything on track. Synergy uses an on-line builders software that enables you to see the complete project timeline and send messages, which was another plus. Our job was done on-time, in budget, and to our final satisfaction. I would use them again.

We couldn't be happier with our newly-rehabbed kitchen and family room! From the beginning stages of design to the final details of the punchlist, we received professional and courteous treatment from Synergy's entire staff. We expected a difficult summer of construction, but we were pleasantly surprised to see how smoothly a large project like this could go. Sharon, our design consultant, took the jumbled ideas in our heads and helped us create our dream space. Mark, the project manager, was professional and very easy to work with. All of the guys who worked on the project - the electricians, the cabinet guys, the plumbers, the floor guys, the list goes on - were all well-prepared and professional. The first was the finishing of my basement that I am very pleased with and the second was the replacement of my deck this past summer which I'm also very pleased with. I now have a WOW bathroom. After interviewing several other companies I choose Synergy Builders. Sandy my designer re-created the space like no one else did, my small shower is now huge! she helped me with every selection including going to the granite supplier but respected my opinion. The crew was great, very little mess considering it was a total gut job.

There were at least a couple of visits to sit with Nicole in her office as she drew out design possibilities, then three visits on-site for granite and tile, and then in our home for paint colors. I don’t think we would have been as pleased as we are with the end result without her help. Steve our Project Manager and assistant Tom were regular visitors to the job and kept us informed each step along the way. Tony and Pat, the electricians, were a pleasure to have in our home. Synergy Builders, Inc. used several subcontractors during the course of the update. The porcelain tile work by Steve was phenomenal. He’s a perfectionist! Steve, our Project Manager, listened to us when we identified some problems with the plumbing, granite and mirror installation and took care of our concerns. All the subcontractors were personable as well as professional. Finally, we have to say how much we appreciated the protection on the wood floor and carpeting, shoes always removed, the banisters on the steps were well-wrapped for protection, all of our bedroom furniture was padded and wrapped to protect from the dust. There was a zippered plastic “doorway” on the entrance to the bathroom being remodeled as well as the entrance to our bedroom as more protection. The end-of-the-day sweep up was done without fail. The care taken, the professionalism, the workmanship, was all very much appreciated. We will use Synergy for future projects!

Synergy staff were very professional and provided knowledgeable suggestions. Tim, the staff carpenter, was very helpful and courteous, and advised that the lighting on the deck rails be placed strategically throughout the deck. Tim cleaned the site every day after completion of the day's tasks. I have received many compliments on the new deck!

We have used Synergy now for two different projects. First they remodeled our master bathroom. We were so pleased with their work that we had them come back to do our most recent project which involved remodeling our kitchen and powder room, and doing some updates to our family room. They were very professional, and did great quality work. They were careful to keep the job site as clean as possible and were focused on making sure we were pleased with both the process and the results of the projects.

Updated and installed new path to front of house and new front door. Synergy did an outstanding job from the design, selection to implementation. Their workmanship and service are the best. My husband and I were remodeling the whole house that had been in the family for 45 years. The kitchen and bathrooms were a complete makeover. Synergy provided excellent service with assisting me with picking out my cabinets, flooring granite. Synergy recently finished a renovation of my mid-50’s split level home. There was not an area of the house that work wasn’t done. I could not be happier. They came in on time and on budget. Their entire staff was a pleasure to work with, as were their sub-contractors. Their design staff and on-site workers were communicative and listened to what I wanted, and then came up with ideas and solutions to issues all through the project. I highly recommend them and their three year warranty can’t be beat.

I had a complete kitchen remodel - everything removed, then built from scratch. Mark and his team were very professional. I was kept informed as to what was happening and what I should expect. The project finished almost on schedule (delayed a few days due to backsplash supplier), but was still within the expected duration. They were very good about site protection, and my daily life was disrupted as little as possible. I am already considering hiring Synergy again for my next project.

Synergy completed a gut remodel of our 1989 kitchen and a complete replacement of our first-level flooring with site-finished hardwood in their promised work schedule of six weeks! Our kitchen is a two-story space with a 16-foot ceiling and is open to the rest of the house but Synergy's design makes the new room flow beautifully into the adjacent living areas. We had a lot of questions but Rod (our project developer), Mark V. (project manager), Nicole and Colleen (designers) answered every question we had about the process, from layout to material selections to scheduling the work. We could not be happier with the quality of the work and feel we received a tremendous value in using Synergy.

Synergy generally did very good work and we were generally happy with the results - new kitchen, hard wood floors and paintings in living room, dining room and family room. But we had to re-do the kitchen backsplash because what they recommended was a terrible match, and the job dragged out at the end.

Synergy did a fantastic job finishing our basement! We now have another large living space complete with beautiful granite topped bar, glass door wine cabinet built into the wall, exercise room, separate media room, side by side cabinets by the fireplace and additional bathroom. It all looks fantastic due to the professionalism exhibited by Synergy. Their staff was very easy to work with to ensure we had the right layout to meet our specific needs. Their tradesmen were very courteous and clean so as not to overwhelm the rest of our house with construction debris. We could not be happier with the final result and will choose Synergy again...looking forward to our next house update!!

Synergy Builders is an excellent company! We had them build an addition onto our home for my parents. We also had them remodel our kitchen, build a bar in our family room and move our washer and dryer into a bedroom closet. The project began in the summer months - we planned out the whole project, selecting everything down to the cabinet handles. Once they got a "feel" for our style, they were able to make suggestions and the design was actually painless. We could see the addition on a large screen and were able to change things and see them right then. A team came out to our house and looked for trouble spots. Once digging began, the project progressed with just a few "bumps" due to unforeseen issues - like the original builder deciding it was a good idea to cut a huge hole out of our main support beam for an oven vent! The support beam had to be replaced, of course! Synergy Builders was able to make adjustments quickly and keep on schedule. We appreciated the close communication and the professionalism of the team of workers. We LOVE our house now! We can't say enough good things about Synergy Builders! We appreciate how Synergy Builders backs their work for 3 years!

Synergy gutted and remodeled our master bath, kids' bathroom, and powder room, and also gutted and remodeled our kitchen. They were outstanding. Very professional and a pleasure to do business. Projects were all on schedule and consistent with cost budget. I would highly recommend them.

We could not be more pleased with both the end result and the entire process of working with Synergy. Sharon took us through the design process, in a no-pressure manner. She worked extremely well with us, understanding the needs of our family and incorporating her experiences into the ideas we brought. With so many choices available for every aspect of a kitchen remodel, Sharon did a fantastic job in helping us narrow in and make the decisions. As we were locking down on the design, the Synergy team did a thorough site review - double-checking measurements, and investigating behind walls and soffits. This is when we were introduced to Steve, the project manager for our job, and the 'behind-the-scenes' production manager who made sure everything was scheduled perfectly. It didn't take long for us to learn that there were some structural adjustments required, due to some strange decisions made by the original builders of the house. We also learned that we had a significant leak through the tile in the master bathroom. Steve and Sharon did a phenomenal job working with us on the options, as we decided to include remodeling the bathroom into the project. They synchronized the schedule and were able to incorporate it with absolutely no impact to the kitchen schedule. The quality of the people working onsite was fantastic. Everyone was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. The communications from Steve were exactly what we wanted. We received regular updates, just as we had requested in the beginning. I was able to reach him by phone, e-mail, or text whenever I had a question or needed to pass along a decision. I particularly enjoyed our walk-throughs that occurred at various stages of the project. Steve was extremely thorough, and even helped us adjust some of our original decisions (e.g. grout color for backsplash, electrical outlet/switch colors). The pricing was also exactly as originally estimated and contracted. We had a significant change order (addition of bathroom remodel), which they were able to mitigate the costs on by synchronizing it with the kitchen work. The quality of the workmanship and the communication were unlike any we have previously experienced. And to top it off, the work was completed exactly on schedule (some things ahead of schedule). We have another bathroom to remodel in the near future, as well as siding work. We will definitely use Synergy for future projects.

These people take the time to get it right. Every worker was great at finishing correctly their part of the project. We had projects in three rooms and it went very quickly. They worked with us to get the right look for the house as well as the right price. Everything was great quality. It's like having a new house I like so much more than the old one. The most annoying problems are gone. I now have double sinks in the kitchen with new granite there as well as in the bath. The upstairs bath is updated and has a sun tunnel. They will be my first phone call when I win the lottery.

We first contacted Synergy Builders after receiving very encouraging recommendations from several neighbors. Our project was a complete exterior siding and roof replacement with some other improvements. Following our initial interviews we decided to hire Synergy. When the project was scheduled to begin we had to leave town for two weeks. We were confident from the start that they were the right company for the job. We trusted Synergy to perform the work well in our absence. As it turns out the workers found that we had a large bee infestation behind our siding and in the walls . We later learned the hive had over 500,000 bees. All carefully removed and relocated. But we were soon additionally informed one corner of our house framing had been severely damaged due to termites from an old unknown infestation from many years earlier. Major repairs required, we were kept informed all during our absence. Synergy handled all issues and we had no need to worry. The project included new windows, skylights, new front entrance design and new concrete walkway. All stages completed with expertise and care. The workers are all great and demonstrate pride in their work. The Synergy team is a pleasure to work with and we found very creative when those unforeseen issues pop up that need immediate attention and resolution. As a result of the successfully work on our home exterior we decided to engage Synergy to design and remodel our Kitchen. This involved removing a wall between kitchen and dining room to make a larger contiguous space. We then added a renovation to our family room, front hall and downstairs bath. This second interior project uncovered several unknown major structural problems in our old house. Surprises no one wants to learn. Once again Synergy had remedies for all issues and with skill the problems had solutions. The Synergy team is great to work with and they handle the issues and problems well and with a sense of humor. Which when you are living in your basement for weeks on end, humor and compassion is a most welcome part of the survival strategy. We highly recommend this company for all your renovation needs large and small. You can trust them to provide great workmanship, and quality throughout the entire process. They can handle all problems seen and unseen so you do not have to worry. We now have them renovating our two upstairs bathroom.

We chose Synergy over 3 other competitors. They have a nice showroom which enabled us to see and touch the materials we would use. The designer was patient and knowledgeable. The final results were spectacular. We love our Omega cabinets and Cambria countertops. The workmanship was good and they finished on time and on budget. I would recommend them. We used them for a kitchen remodel and had them install hardwood floors throughout the kitchen, dining room, foyer and utility room.

Synergy is doing a complete kitchen remodel. The old kitchen was a 1970's with brick and mortar alcoves for the refrigerator and range top and a U shape for the counters. We had the alcoves completely removed and the kitchen completely redesigned. The entire kitchen was gutted (everything from the walls, ceilings, and floors) and extensively redesigned. Brian at Synergy suggested a design based on input from us and worked with us to redefine some elements. We are so pleased with the final design - it is something we would not have thought of on our own. The kitchen is looking COMPLETELY different from what we had. Brian made a lot of suggestions and worked hard to get all of the design details determined prior to contract signing so that there are no surprises. Everything was selected, down to the cabinet hardware and paint. Our Project Manager, Mark, is making sure the installation goes along seamlessly to us. It is so nice to have a professional handle the job, so we do not have to be concerned with anything. The job is not yet finished, so I cannot comment on the finished project. But, based on what is done so far, I expect it to be wonderful. I truly appreciate the professionals at Synergy.

From the very beginning until the last day on the job, Synergy Builders made me feel like a part of the team. I brought in many pictures of design ideas that I liked and didn’t like. The designers incorporated those ideas to create the ideal basement to fit my needs. Their software allowed us to make changes on the spot and truly visualize what the finished product would look like. I also appreciated that the designers and project manager paid special attention to the little details like door style, door handles, baseboards, and banisters to ensure that the basement matched the rest of my home so it looks like it has always been there and not added on later. During the construction phase, the crew was always on time and respectful. They were friendly with my children and always cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. The onsite project manager kept me informed as to what to expect each day and what was coming up the next week. He was very helpful and always answered my questions. The project finished on time and on budget. The Synergy Team gave me the family friendly basement that I always wanted, including a reading nook under the stairs, a swing for the kids, a craft room and a secret bookcase that leads to lots of storage.
