I would highly recommend Tracy and Linda for my designing jobs. They are very professional and strive first and foremost to satisfy their customers expectations at what they do.

They are full of creative design ideas, and helped us solve structural design issues in our new home construction. They kept in close communication, and even arranged for a restoration service to repair an antique table. They were flexible, and budget-conscious.

My husband and I have built or renovated 13 homes, and have become very particular about what we are looking for. Unlike designers that push their personal preferences and opinion’s, Tracy and Linda really listened to what we wanted and presented us with a variety of options that fit what we were looking for, explaining the pros/cons and considerations of each option. The quality of the material and products they provided was of the highest standards. They ensured the installation was thorough and excellent, and as a surprising bonus for any house project, the price was far less than we anticipated! What a pleasure to work with T & L Interiors!

T & L Interiors helped us redesign and rebuild our 1930’s Wolfeboro lakefront cottage into a beautiful, thoughtfully-designed four-season cottage that we absolutely love! From beginning to end, Tracy and Linda were delightful to work with and we cannot imagine completing this process without their enormous talent, creativity and resourcefulness. Tracy and Linda did a great job at our lake house. They put our interior together in a very short period of time, matching my style perfectly.

I was lucky enough to find Tracy & Linda just as we were about to buy, and move into a four unit condo project, all of which needed work/help. My mother's health had been failing and this move was needed, as I had to be near her so we put in a door between two of the units. This was a tough move for my mom leaving a condo that was custom built for her with my dad, significantly larger, more upscale and a lot of memories. Tracy & Linda came in and not only designed the changes, they general contracted all the different trades, and as only they do, they made sure every detail was taken care of, including personally placing new pictures and paintings on the walls. They took the color schemes, area rugs and even the bedroom drapes from my mom's old unit and had them all resized to fit the new unit. They kept us on time and below budget, with results that exceeded all expectations. I had my own construction company for over ten years in this town, with a lot of in-house contractors and I couldn't control them as well as well Tracy & Linda ran all of their subs. We used some contractors for my mom that I've known and worked with for over 25-years. Typical tough, stubborn older guys who don't like to admit any GC or architect is needed, but to a man, they told me "these are the best people I've worked with in this area. When they tell you it's ready for you, it's ready, and when we have questions/need information, they get us answers quickly." I've had a real estate company in Wolfeboro for nearly 30-years, been involved with, and witnessed, hundreds of projects and these two ladies are the best I've ever seen. They do all they can to accomplish your goals, and while I'm confident they can arrange for the finest things you could dream of for your home, they also can accomplish an amazing amount of work for not a lot of money, and they take pride in that too. They're the best at on time and on budget, two phrases that are rarely used around Winnipesaukee, and they can can get them both done. They're also great people and fun to work with. Easiest recommendation I can give.

I contacted Tracy to redo the interior of my home, I could have never expected the end results to be as exceptional as they are. Tracy is very professional and very talented and always wants your feed back so she can incorporate your individual style. She listen to what we were looking for in our project and provided us with many options to choose from. She guided us with her experience and we are so pleased with the final outcome.
