I have known Allen and his work over 30+ years. I have worked with him since he started his own company. He is quite gifted when it domes to design, and he listens to the client, either myself as a builder, or to the purchaser if it's a build job. I enjoy working with him, as his designs seem to work out well in the field. He is responsive when it comes to issues/ difficulties/challenges, whomever is or was at fault, so the issue is worked out quickly and satisfactorily. I have recommended Allen to many of my clients, and will continue to do so. We are getting ready to start one of his designs for a client I have built a home for 19 years ago. His prices seem to be reasonable, and he does not drag out a job. He finishes it in good time. He knows his work, and he has done quite a few larger homes, as well as all priced homes.

He has a great ability to design what the client ask for in their project. The project Was within the desired budget and created in a timely manner. A real pleasure to work with during the process.

It has been a pleasure working with Allen at Architecture Unlimited for the past year and I highly recommend his company. Allen has designed numerous remodels which have a high level of complexity, require very accurate drawings, and a creative touch.
