After nearly 20 years, our kitchen was in sore need of an upgrade. We also wanted to fulfill our dream of adding a garage and laundry room. After reviewing several proposals, we went with Beauchain Builders. We are very pleased that we did. Cliff and Tina were great to work with and their crew was extremely professional. The work is high quality and they were quick to correct any issues. I was pleasantly surprised how they kept a big remodel/addition on time and within budget. I would highly recommend them.

We were super pleased with the work completed by Beauchain Builders. They completed a large master bathroom renovation for us. They were professional, easy to deal with, friendly, and detail-oriented. John spent a lot of time in our house, and he and the rest of the crew were excellent. Cliff is solution-oriented, and is watching out for the details on the project. Tina was great keeping track of everything and following-up with scheduling, etc. The project was completed on time and on budget. Would definitely recommend them, and will likely use them again.

After receiving 2 quotes for my drywall & paint work, I contacted Beauchain Builders on a referral. I felt that the quotes I received were overpriced & the project time was over-estimated. Tina received my info & contacted me right away . She was able to scheduled an estimate for me within 2 days & provided a quote immediately - and the quote & timeframe were much more in line with my expectations for this project. I found the crew from Beauchain to be very polite, friendly & professional. They were available right away, performed the work in 1/2 the time the others had quoted & the quality of work is outstanding. I have had drywall work done before & can tell where it was done - but the work Beauchain's team performed is perfect. I am very pleased to recommend Beauchain Builders!

My wife and I used Beauchain Builders in 2016 to turn an unfinished room (roughly 10 x 15) that had been used as an oversized laundry room into a guest bedroom. We received several estimates for the work and Beauchain had the best price and spoke competently to our concerns. They listened to what we wanted and provided insightful feedback regarding the trade-offs between various options. Beyond finishing the room, which they did well, the work also involved removing the old washer and dryer and installing a new stacked set in a utility room, running new lines and piping. Additionally, they worked with the county to move a gas meter that was inexplicably inside the room to the exterior of the house, which would have significantly cut into the square footage. In finishing the room we went with a flat drywalled ceiling and carpeted floor. The room looks great and our guests love staying there. Beauchain Builders stuck to the original price and time estimate. The work quality was superb and unobtrusive to our lives during the renovation. Since this work we recommended Beauchain to our neighbors who used them with similar high-quality results.

Everyone at Beauchain Builders were professional and helpful throughout our entire bathroom remodel. They were willing to work with us to design and remodel our bathroom so that it was the most cost effective but with beautiful results.
